The room was very warm and cozy. The hotel itself had its own whimsical charm. All the necessary amenities were present, like soap, towels, hairdryers etc. The staff was friendly and welcoming, they helped us to book the balloon ride and other excursions. You can also observe the balloons from the rooftop. Right there you can also have breakfast. It was quite nice for the price, with a big range of options. A nice option for its price 👍🏻

Pros:

Odanın genişliği yeterliydi. Banyo da yeterince büyüktü. Kış olmasına rağmen oda sıcaktı. Doğal taş ve taş örgülü görüntüsü de gayet güzeldi. Resepsiyonist Fatmanur hanım, kahvaltıyı hazırlayanlar (maalesef adlarını unuttum) çok yardımcı oldular.

Cons:

Odada jakuzi bekliyorduk ama küvet vardı. Fotoğraflarda da küvet vardı ancak jakuzi de vardı. Eğer jakuzi yoksa görseline de yer verilmemeliydi.

Calısan personel çok iyi.Otelin kücük eksiklikleri var. Odalarda mssa sandalye yok 2 kata valiz çıkarmak zor.Kahvaltı güzel odaların ısıtma sistemi çok iyi.Yataklarve oda temiz.

Such a gem!
Pros:

This hotel is such a gem! From the moment i enter the reception, there was already a warm, welcome feeling. The rooms are very clean & well-kept. It is a small resort which is cozy and we enjoy the privacy too. The breakfast was surprisingly so gd! Highly recommended!

Frabkly there is nothing that I didn't like.

동굴의 분위기가 낭낭하고 저녁에 조명 켜면 분위기가 예쁨. 방 컨디션도 괜찮아서 여유있게 즐김. 여러 투어 예약이 가능하고, 벌룬 같은 경우 체크인하면서 예약해도 충분하고 날씨상 취소되면 바로 현금으로 돌려줌.

Cons:

오토가르보다 위쪽 언덕에 위치해서 캐리어 끌고 올라가기가 힘들고, 방이 반층이나 한층 정도 계단이 있어 캐리어 들고가기 힘듦. 좀더 아래쪽에 있는 숙소에 묵으면 좋을 것 같다는 생각을 함.

Personal sehr hilfsbereit und lieb. Von außen schön und sauber.Aussicht ist wirklich schön.

Cons:

Badezimmer ist eine Katastrophe, ich weiß nicht wie bei anderen Cave sind, aber hier sehr klein, alt und schimmelig. Zimmer sind klein. Für uns eine Standard 3 Zimmer war sehr klein und wir haben einen Upgrade bekommen.

Everything was wonderful!!
Pros:

All the staff were absolutely lovely and incredibly kind. They helped us organize our tours in Cappadocia, offering very good prices and making everything easy and stress-free. We would especially like to highlight the professionalism of both the tour guide and the driver who accompanied us during our excursions. A special mention goes to Fatima, who took great care of us throughout our stay and was always attentive to anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent.
