Pros:

Managed to book the room at quite a cheap rate where everything else was extremely expensive. Staff were lovely and very helpful and the room was great for a nights or couple of nights stay. Super close to everything too! Thank you for a great experience.

I had a very comfortable, relaxing and pleasant stay. Balcony was a bonus.
Pros:

Very comfy bed. Decent pressure and size shower. Room was a good size. Having bottled water and a balcony was a welcomed bonus. It was easy to get to. Kitchenette had cups/glasses, dishes, fridge and a sink.

Cons:

A couch/lounge would have been good to have in the room. So would have a small dining table.

Pros:

It was exactly as shown in the pictures – everything was perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the room was clean, quiet, and well equipped, with a balcony. We really appreciated the daily bottled water and the complimentary daily coffee at reception. I would especially highlight the rooftop area where you can barbecue, as well as the large shared kitchen, which is spotless and fully equipped for preparing any kind of meal. Everything we needed was available at the mall across the street, and the 500X bus provided quick access to the CBD.

Cons:

The staff can be a bit noisy in the morning during cleaning, but they are very kind, and for early risers this is not an issue.

We had an amazing stay! Will definitely come back again.
Pros:

Great location! Mall is just across the road and lots of places to eat.
The staff was amazing accommodating our request for parking. Someone took my allocated spot but the staff handled it professionally.
Travelled with my sister for a concert and we felt safe staying there.
There’s free coffee and free fruits at the lobby. Receptionist is there 24/7.

Complimentary coffee each day. It’s a great location opposite Top Ryde Shopping Centre and large bus terminal.

Great experience for the night. Was very nice to come back to after a concert
Pros:

Room was very clean, layout was great, shower pressure was great, they had free coffee/tea/bikkies, the lady during check in was very nice and it was very easy to check in and get our parking. The bed was very comfy and the bed was made very well.

Cons:

The lady at check out didn’t speak very good English which isn’t a problem however she couldn’t understand my question about check out and there was another guest there that had the same problem as me at the same time. Also there was only PowerPoints on one side of the bed so it wasn’t the best for phone charging but we sorted it
