Perfect, for our 2 nights, very comfortable and would recommend!
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and very helpful.

Location was perfect, although no car park, the recommended car park on the website, was really close, convenient and very reasonably priced.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were nice and dark and not noisy at all bearing in mind it was on a main road. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe double and was great. Nice white company toiletries in the bathroom.

Cons:

No bar facilities, however they did offer canned alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to take away - not a big problem as location was so good.

The spa mentioned on the website wasn’t open and was very expensive - I would take that off the website as some people may book because of this - again wasn’t an issue for us but to be mindful for others.

Pros:

The location was good, walking distance to the station the waterfront and the city sights.
The bedroom ( superior one) had a bath ( important to me) a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was large and really comfortable.
The breakfast was very good indeed. Lots of choice and freshly prepared.
Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The colour scheme lived up to the hotel's name!

Travelers outside the UK need to have an electricity connector to UK standards. The hotel does not have it.
