Recomiendo el lugar, pero pueden mejorar sus instalaciones por el precio.

La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación tenía un buen tamaño. Muy cómoda la terraza de la habitación, aunque algo sucia. El agua de la regadera estaba a muy buena temperatura y presión. Habían suficientes almohadas y estana bien ventilada la habitación.

Cons:

Los muebles de la terraza estaban muy sucios y con muy polvo. El piso de las instalaciones tiene un acabado muy feo, sin terminar.

Gran opción para vacaciones en pareja

La atención del personal desde nuestra llegada fue excelente; siempre se mostraron amables, en especial el gerente, muy amigable y atento a lo que necesitáramos. Nos hospedamos en la suite con vista al mar, fue la mejor decisión, la habitación era tal cual las fotos, con una terraza en la que podías disfrutar de la vista después de un día de paseo. La zona es tranquila e ideal para pasar unas vacaciones relajantes, ya que se encuentra algo alejada de la zona más concurrida por los turistas de crucero, por lo que la playa suele ser más tranquila. La distancia no es problema para recorrer el malecón caminando y disfrutando de los comercios y las vistas. Al lado del hotel hay un restaurante y otros comercios que favorecerán la estancia.

Right near the beach
Pros:

Located right on the promenade. The beach opposite is very well kept. Parking next to the hotel.
The waiters in the attached restaurant were very good. Room was clean and functional. Good value.

Cons:

It wasn't possible to call the lift from the 3rd floor! No view from our room, but that was as described.

En général, nous avons été très déçu de cet hôtel. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mettre des commentaires négatifs mais j'aurais aimé savoir cela avant de réserver.
Tout d'abord, nous avons été surpris d'arriver dans une chambre n'ayant aucune fenêtre, apart une petite donnant sur le couloir intérieur de l'hôtel. La chambre était très sombre et humide ce qui la rendait vraiment désagréable. Quand ils indiquent "vue sur cour intérieur" c'est mensonger, ce n'est pas une cour intérieure, c'est un couloir. Nous avons donc demandé de changer de chambre, et avons payé un beau supplément pour passé dans une Suite avec des fenêtres.
La Suite que nous avons eu n'était pas bien nettoyée du tout. Dans la salle de bain, nous avons découvert un mouchoir usagé juste derrière la vasque du lavabo, ce qui montre que le ménage était TRES partiel. La salle de bain n'était pas très propre et pas bien entretenue : beaucoup de calcaire, de moisissure..... C'était très désagréable.
Le meilleur, c'est à la fin de la journée quand nous avons souhaité nous coucher, nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'il n'y avait qu'un drap housse et que les draps avaient été oublié (il n'y a pas de couette, juste une couverture type laine sans draps donc pas très propre). Nous avons signalé cela aimablement à la réception et là encore, absolument aucun excuse ni sourire. Au bout de 10 minutes, on nous a apporté un drap que nous avons nous même mis....
De plus, lorsque nous avons pris la Suite en supplément, nous avions vu qu'il y avait un balcon, ce qui pouvait être pratique. Malheureusement, c'est inutile puisqu'il n'y a AUCUN mobilier sur le balcon : pas de chaise, ni de table. Donc vous ne pouvez pas en profiter. De plus, là encore, la propreté laisse à désirer : les rambardes sont pleines d'excréments d'oiseau et jamais nettoyées, c'est lunaire.

The best place to stay in Mahahual
Pros:

An excellent experience from start to finish.

Upon arrival, I was given a tiny room with no window. Being a photographer/videographer being that thrives with good light, I requested a different option.

Director Oswaldo, an expert hotelier through and through offered a suite option, with a living room, mini kitchen, and balcony access from the living room and bedroom! The upgrade came at a cost but it was so worth it.

The food and drinks at Malecon 21 are phenomenal as well.

I cannot recommend this hotel more. Thank you to the team for the fantastic service!

Cons:

-Hair in shower from previous guest(s). I have a phobia of hair that has left a human's head.
-Electric kettle did not work. No big deal, as I used to mini stovetop to heat up water.
-Ants in bathroom and kitchen sink area. Nothing a little bug spray can't fix.
