Versöhnung auf höchstem Niveau
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Suite - einfach unübertrefflich…! Alles war wunderbar: Die Suite selbst, der Balkon mit Sicht in die Wildnis (viele Tiere zu sehen!), die Aussendusche - aber auch das Restaurant mit herrlichem Frühstück und schönem Ausblick. Wir wurden warm und freundlich empfangen und fühlten uns fast wie Teil einer Familie.

Loved the room we booked, the meals, size of the bathroom. The fine dining experience.

Great place to stay and run in the bush
Pros:

Peace, tranquility, pool area. Great place to walk or run on the wildlife estate. Good wifi. No TV which was fantastic. Bathroom big with bath and big shower. Welcome OB in the room. Mosquito net over the bed. Delicious breakfast to choose from. The care of offering ice cold water and fruit juice after my run. If you have a bath, you need to get out and go to the shower to get shower gel and hair shampoo as they fixed to the shower wall. Bonus side, they did take them off so I didn't have to get out. If I hadn't told them, it would have been a challenge. Loved the welcome and thank you letters on the bed.

Cons:

Wasn't an issue but to be given a room where the door was requiring a repair. Had to slam the door to close. Told repair will be done at 10am. No issue. After my run, which took longer due to Wilddogs. Told don't rush, relax. After breakfast took a bath. Started get messages, check out it 10am . Need to move out so the door can be fixed. They fixed it while I was finishing up. That was bad taste. Guess that what happens when booking on Booking. Com, room at the back. Wasn't offered cuppachino at breakfast but the other guests were. Got a half cup as apparently the machine wasn't working...... Note I had no issue with the door been fixed while I was in the room.
