Brilliant would stay again
Pros:

We went for a senior school trip and everything was great start to finish. Fabulous breakfast, great rooms staff so helpful. Great little spa facitilites was a bonus

È il mio hotel preferito a Firenze. In ottima posizione, personale gentile ed efficiente, camere moderne ma eleganti e dotate di tutti gli accessori utili. Molto buona la prima colazione.

Absolutely amazing! Exceeding our expectations!
Pros:

The breakfast was a five-star rating! The breakfast offered so many different varieties that suited several different cultures. The location was perfect, a little off the beaten path, but still close to everything. Everywhere you looked, there were people cleaning. The place was spotless. The room was spacious and had a balcony that overlooked the garden. I highly recommend these accommodations. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. If we return to Italy, we will definitely book this facility again.

Lovely. Especially the breakfast and the beautiful garden and pool area.
Pros:

Camilla, the best waitress ever! Always smiling, kind, helpful, fast, and always going above and beyond what was expected. It was always a pleasure to see her.
On our last day, we had to leave very early so the hotel packed us a beautiful to-go breakfast.

Cons:

constantly paying for water.
