The staff at Rowdy Tiger are exceptional. Bora and Brandii were top notch. I have multiple business and I’d hire both of them!!!
Conveniently located in Midtown, within walking distance to the Georgia Tech campus. The room was modern and had lovely detailes, view of the skyline is a nice touch.
The bikes in the Gym require you to sign up with Peloton to start your workout, I wish there was a Guest mode to just start riding.
Parking is valet only, but there are other garages closeby where you can park yourself for cheaper.
Stayed here for a business trip. It was amazing. Cristobal is an amazing bartender, he's very knowledgeable for the liquors and flavor combinations.
This is an excellent hotel restaurant with very well prepared breakfast and dinner options. I would like to make a special mention of Brandi one of the morning wait staff that really takes care of her client. Quick courteous and thinking ahead of what you may need or ask for. I felt like I was being supported in whatever it was I was going to do for the rest of the day. It was hard to describe, but I left feeling full, safe, and ready for what came next. You have a special talent Brandi. I hope you never change.
I arrived way earlier than expected, and the hotel was kind enough to let me check in at 10 a.m.
Once I settled in, I headed to Rowdy Tiger for breakfast. The omelette that arrived was on the smaller side, so I joked with the waitress that I wasn’t sure I could possibly finish such a massive portion. She got a good laugh out of it.
A couple of minutes later, the morning supervisor, Bora, came over to check on the portion size himself. He went above and beyond—personally bringing extra veggies and eggs to make sure I left satisfied.
From start to finish, the entire restaurant team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Truly outstanding customer service. Kudos to the whole staff.
3am wake up, tons of meetings, 2-hour flight delay, Renaissance was my oasis to finish the day. Warm and kind reception by John Kamara at the front desk made it so!
rooms were fine
but the breakfast was was very mediocre and it was supposed to be included but the breakfast buffet cost 32 a pie and we only got a room credit of 40 total, This is not free.
Very good food and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Will plan to come back again.
Brandii and bora were very kind, thankyou.
Went for cocktails and food. Bobby, our server/bartender, was fabulous! He suggested tasty cocktails with my favorite being his old fashioned. Will definitely be going again!
I am a Titanium Elite member with more than 1,100 nights at Marriott properties in the past decade. My recent stay at this property was, without question, the worst Marriott experience I have ever had.
I paid for the night of December 18, which entitled me to check in as early as 4:00 p.m. Instead, the hotel framed the room being “ready” at 6:00 a.m. the following morning (December 19th) as some sort of courtesy. It was not. It was simply fulfilling the reservation I had already paid for. Presenting this as a favor reflects a troubling misunderstanding of basic hospitality obligations.
The room itself was unacceptable. A loud mechanical noise—coming from the toilet, not the fitness center as the hotel later claimed—made the room uninhabitable. The view overlooked a rooftop cluttered with air‑conditioning units, far below the standard I expect from Marriott, especially when using Suite Night Awards. BTW if you ever get a room on the 5th floor at this hotel.. DO NOT STAY THERE.
More concerning was the complete lack of management engagement. I explicitly asked the front desk associate, Ruby (who was professional and helpful), to have management contact me within three hours of my departure from the airport. (After only a total of 8 hours at the hotel) No one ever reached out. The hotel later claimed they were “not informed,” which is simply not credible.
The most serious issue, however, was the dangerous shower setup. I suffered a fall that resulted in a knee injury—something that has never happened to me in more than 2,500 hotel stays. This is a safety hazard that should be addressed immediately before someone is more seriously hurt. It is disappointing that meaningful engagement only seems to occur when negative public reviews are involved. Guests deserve better, and Marriott loyalists—who choose the brand because of its consistency and reliability—should be aware of the issues at this property.
I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously, addresses the safety hazards, and improves its management responsiveness. Until then, I cannot recommend this property.
Todas as instalações e serviço são maravilhosos. Localização excelente. Nota 10!
Não houve absolutamente nada que me desagradou.
Great location if you are looking to be in the heart of midtown Atlanta. There are many restaurants within walking distance and well as a bar and Lounge area in the hotel. There is a convenient parking garage available right next to the hotel.
Brandi is outstanding! We were served over the Thanksgiving Holiday 2025 and the breakfast service was wonderful, warm and friendly. Brandi made us feel at home (away from DC home) and told fantastic stories that made us laugh and laugh. Brandi is a keeper. Everything should be done to keep her at this establishment because she is without a doubt the very definition of southern hospitality and professionalism. She is truly the best waitstaff in the restaurant. Thanks Brandi!
Always top- notch service at the hotel. Richard and Hector made sure that of our requests were handled immediately. We will be back in February and look forward to the meeting.
Alot of noise. Could hear everything outside including loud thumping at night. Had to pay to use internet becasue booking wasn't done directly with Marriott. For the amount paid, wifi should've been included. If I brought a laptop, it would've been evern worse. Also restaruant had a very basic menu.
