Pros:

The hotel is not a resort as advertised. I was expecting a resort with pool etc. the advert is not true.

Perfect location. Breakfast

Cons:

The whole place need refreshment. The room walls are untidy. Needs painting. Also the bathroom is a big minus. Looks dirty and mess.

廁所不會刷一下嗎?廁所基本的清潔都沒有做到! 一刷全部汙垢都可以洗掉,這不是廁所基本的清潔嗎?房務不及格!!

Cleanliness needs to be a focus!!!
Pros:

The only redeeming thing is the location, it was very close to a popular beach.

Cons:

We had a 3 night booking and left after the first night. We were thoroughly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, specifically in the bathroom. There was a damp smell and mold all over the bathroom which is unsafe for our child. The railing on the balcony was also falling apart which is another safety hazard.

Hotel need to be more Customer friendly
Pros:

The location and cleanliness of the room

Cons:

1) Room service very slow..
2) They just provide 2 small bottles of water (500ml each) and when I asked for extra water they denied
3) They even denied to give towels on my second day when I asked..
4) WiFi was not working in my room.
5) Breakfast was very bad. Barely any options for vegetarians. Plus I saw ants and flies around many sections of the food.

Pros:

The location is beachfront, provide parking space, near to Cenang Mall, fireshow, and lots of duty free shop in front of the hotel. Also the rooftop restaurant, where you can eat while looking at the beach. Also the deluxe king room (without balcony) has the right size and space for me, my husband and my 4 months baby. Breakfast is just okay, not too great and not a lot of choices.

Cons:

1. The cleanliness. The bedsheet seems not too clean. I found a strand of hair on the bed after check-in.
2. The housekeeping also seems to not check and clean the fridge everytime a guest check-out since there was a leftover canned drink inside and the fridge absorb the smell of the drink. My in-laws room also same. Their fridge was filled with lemon, canned drink and milk.
3. The room is quite dusty.
4. The electric kettle is sooo rusty at the bottom and I need to ask the receiptionist to change it since I need to boil water for my baby's milk.
