Perfect location
Pros:

The room was fine, well kept and cleaned.

Cons:

I am not sure what could be but atvaround 6am in the room we started hearing a bass sound/noise. It seemed to be a ventilation noise in the wall but was weaking me up at 6 every morning and this was a bit frustrating.

posizione ottima. a breve distanza dalla cattedrale. nei dintorni sono presenti diversi locali dove cenare o bere. la camera si affacciava su un cortile interno. in generale non era rumorosa anche se, in alcuni momenti, si sentiva qualche rumore dal corridoio o dalle camere attigue. il bagno era comodo, accessoriato e ampio. Pulizia ottima. Addetti alla reception gentili ed efficienti.

Cons:

niente di rilevante ma qualcosa migliorabile (maggiori canali in TV, qualche bustina di caffè in più)

Estancia impecable, céntrico y con atención excepcional!
Pros:

Tuvimos una estancia excelente, todo estuvo perfecto de principio a fin. La ubicación súper céntrica, a pocos pasos de los principales atractivos, lo que nos permitió recorrer la ciudad cómodamente a pie. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, con las camas perfectamente hechas y cada detalle cuidadosamente arreglado. Se nota el esmero y la dedicación en cada rincón. El personal fue muy amable y profesional; en recepción, en el restaurant, ayuda con el equipaje, limpieza, etc. siempre nos atendieron con una sonrisa y gran disposición para ayudar! Queremos agradecer especialmente a Sabrina, del equipo de limpieza, por su enorme gentileza y dedicación; su trabajo fue impecable y realmente marcó la diferencia en nuestra experiencia! El desayuno fue espectacular, muy variado y con productos de calidad.
Sin duda volveríamos encantados y lo recomendamos totalmente.

Cons:

Como amante del café, me hubiera gustado contar con una máquina con granos recién molidos. Las únicas opciones disponibles fueron café filtrado y cápsulas.
