The breakfast and comfortable large bed
It was quite dark there
The hotel staff was really nice.
The room and bathroom had a really awful smell. We were there just two nights so we tried to ignore but every time you would walk in the room it was not good.

Amplio, limpio y muy bien atendido. Buena alberca y desayuno variado. Muy fácil aparcamiento sin costo.
Todo estuvo bien.
Instalaciones muy buen estado , limpio , bien ventilado , parqueo adelante y por la parte de atrás con portón cerrado , con conexión al hotel , la piscina muy limpia , área muy bonitas .
No tuve nada negativo .

Great place to stay for two or three days ! 10 min walk to ado. Everything is nice and well taken care of, the staff is friendly, enjoying the breakfast buffet next to the pool was a highlight
No restaurant around but you can order Uber eats or didi food to the lobby
Der Butler vom Hotel kam uns abends direkt entgegen und fragte uns was wir suchen (Sicherheit 1A) und als sich rausstellte, dass wir hier richtig waren, nahm er mir meinen schweren Koffer direkt ab. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sauber, gräumig und liebevoll traditioniell mexikanisch eingerichtet. Zimmerservice und Hygiene 1A.
Es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttleserive einmal am Tag zur Zone Hotel oder one way zum Playa Puerto. Der Fahrer vom Shuttle war auch sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr lecker.

The view of the pool from our balcony was nice. The lattes from the machine were fairly tasty. As wefe the pastries. Breakfast was adequate. The sandwiches were good.
The sheets and bedding smelled very strange. Couldn't sleep. The bed and pillows felt lumpy. Run down hotel overall.
Muy bien en general
Llame antes de ir ,y pregunte si podía llevar mi hielera y si podía comer ahi ,digo no es un todo incluido ,y si no es asi te deberían dejar entrar con tus cosas , el casi que me dijeron que si ,pero a la hora de servirle un refresco a mis hijas vino una persona de seguridad que tenia que consumir todo el dia de la barra del hotel , si hubiera sabido eso antes no iba mejor pago un todo incluido una picada para mi hija mas de 100 como pasas dos dias consumiendo de la barra de un hotel ,eso si deberían cambiar las reglas porque mucha gente se les va a ir ,unas señoras llevaron unas piezas restaurante cerrado y igual las sacaron el de seguridad no las dejo comer una falta de ética, criterio y respeto dos señoras grandes se tuvieron que encerrar en su cuarto a comer. Hay mucha gente que va de paso y les va a comprar en su barra pero muchas familias llevamos nuestras bebidas ,si no pago un todo incluido
Muy buena ubicación
Estaba descompuesto el aire acondicionado, no se apagaba, lo comentamos en recepción pero nunca se acercaron a solucionarlo.
De locatie is perfect, op loopafstand van het centrum, de markthal en naast een Cenote. Er is een gemeenschappelijke keuken waar je ontbijt kunt maken heel handig. De sfeer is leuk in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte een buitenhuiskamer gevoel. De receptionisten waren erg aardig en behulpzaam!
De kamers zijn basic maar prima voor een paar nachten. Je kan in de buurt parkeren op straat dat ging prima we stonden om de hoek bij de markthal, maar het zou prettiger zijn als je meer zicht op je auto hebt.
