Excellent if we come to Cancun again, we will come and stay here
Pros:

We love the design of the building we love the pool. We love the service of the staff and the excellent breakfast. It is just like a resort.

Cons:

Some of the some of the chairs by the pool were broken something that is easy to fix

The hotel was clean and with a good space.

Cons:

The pool was cold, no fridge in the room and there was no permitting of snacks or drinks in the hotel that they were purchased outside. We have to take it into the room.

Large rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was good, location is very central, but there might be some noise from traffic.

Our room was smelling very foul. We had to change the room, and the smell became manageable but still something to note.

No estoy contenta con el trato de personal de recepción

Estaba muy limpio, la gente dentro del restaurante muy amable

Cons:

Las personas de recepción, son bastante groseras, éramos un grupo de 17 personas y todos estuvimos de acuerdo con esto, fue cumpleaños de mi papá y solo le queríamos partir un pastel, mi hermana iba a prender una vela y le arrebataron el encendedor, de una manera muy grosera, se comprende que son las reglas, pero no es la manera, tambien estábamos ensayando porque fue su boda y nos dijeron que no podíamos usar las instalaciones para eso, realmente sentimos que estaban atrás de nosotros todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí, fue horrible y hasta cierto punto incomodo, ahh y por cierto la iluminación de la sala no servía

Tenían promos de cortesía con un parador en la playa pero el parador no respetó las condiciones y nos querían cobrar recargos por el alquiler de camastros
