Right in the Bassac Lane area of BKK1 :-) ... Street 308 is 15 metres from the Bijou Residence, and the area is a busy flurry of restaurants and bars. Very lively area, and very foreigner-friendly. I was on the 14th floor, and you do get a bit of evening/night noise, but generally it's OK past 11pm or so. I never tried the swimming pool on the 20th floor (not a roof pool) as it seemed a bit small and indoorsy and closed in, for my taste. Gym was fine, with a Smith machine type rack, if you're comfortable with that, plus free weights, treadmills. Staff were great. Cleaning (incl linen and towel change) twice weekly during my month long stay. I stayed in a studio apartment, which was small-medium in size, and had a good-sized TV (55" maybe), washing machine, balcony, small kitchen, nice bathroom. Wifi was generally good, with some dropouts. I had a guest with me for a little while, and they were fine with that too. I'd probably stay there again, though maybe not as a long term thing. I paid $960AUD for a month long stay, through Booking.com, Aug/Sep 2025. I thought it was good value.
Right in the Bassac Lane area of BKK1 :-) ... some may find it too foreigner-oriented. But I was glad I got to experience it. I probably prefer TTP1, but each to their own.
