Viaje a Tarrytown y Sleepy Hollow
Pros:

El hotel está súper bien, muy limpio, la habitación de 4 muy amplia y el personal muy amable, mención especial para Michael de recepción :)
Cogimos este hotel porque queríamos visitar Tarrytown y Sleepy Hollow, está a unos 20 minutos andando de la Main Street de Tarrytown y media hora de Sleepy Hollow, pero se puede hacer andando sin problema, el paseo es muy bonito y si vas callejeando también para disfrutar de los vencindarios de película . Cerca del hotel hay supermercados y una pizzería y varios sitios para comer y desayunar algo. Sin duda volvería a repetir experiencia!!

It was fine, rooms comfy but cleanliness lacking. We were not informed about important information prior to check-in
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, good sized rooms and the high quality TV was great to have.

Cons:

Disappointed that we were not informed prior to our stay that the hotel follows strict religious rituals, meaning on weekends there was not complimentary tea/ coffee available, or breakfast, which is the minimum expected by guests staying in a hotel. There was also issues on check-in when the manager tried to charge me again for a room I had already paid for via Booking. He did not ask if I had paid and when he requested the money again I had to explain it was already paid for, he proceeded to tell me I was lucky he was there as the manager to resolve it because other staff are unable to. I’d consider the hotel knowing the payment was already taken as the minimum a guest can expect. The cleanliness was lacking throughout the hotel, we’d often wake up to mess across the hotel, food and drinks left on the hotel corridors.

The stay was comfortable.
Pros:

When I first pull up in front of the building I was a little disappointed; however, once I got inside it was pretty. The staff was very kind and considerate of our needs.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the heat in room 327. It didn’t work; however, they provided us with a portable heater.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean and the location is good.

Cons:

The property is primarily used for events and retreats for a specific segment of the population, which is all well and good. But those not part of the group are subjected to loud partying, noisy children, and a general party atmosphere until the wee hours. Given that this group is clearly the target audience and primary guests at this establishment, their disrespectful behavior is not addressed by management, even upon request.

Very easy to get to. Good location. Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Easy to get to right off 87! Comfortable, clean and quiet.

Cons:

Not conventional. Have to get in car to travel to section where rooms are.. That was interesting. Otherwise, once I got to my room, all good. Clean , comfortable and quiet. Just what I needed for my solo travel.
