I really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The self catering accommodation/ apartment was in the city centre right behind the harbour in a quiet residential street perfect to explore Girne/ Kyrenia. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

It needs some updating/ replacing wear and tear throughout including bathrooms and furniture. The bathrooms need towel rails. Breakfast was good but could do with some variety e.g. fruit or yoghurt.

Charmantes historisches Hotel mit frühem Muezzinruf direkt nebenan
Pros:

Nur wenige Meter vom alten Hafen entfernt befindet sich dieses Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude mit antiker Einrichtung, die dem Aufenthalt einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr authentisch. Das Frühstück ist nicht opulent, aber ausreichend. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine interessante historische Atmosphäre an einer guten Lage.

Cons:

Ein Nachteil ist die Lage direkt neben einer Moschee: Morgens ab etwa 5 Uhr ist der Ruf des Muezzins deutlich im Zimmer zu hören, was den Schlaf stören kann. Die Einrichtung z.B. im Bad ist teils renovierungsbedürftig. Dadurch ist Komfort und Ruhe etwas eingeschränkt.

OK break near the harbour
Pros:

We had the 2 bedroomed house. Beds were comfy. Nice courtyard to sit out at, if the weather had been OK. Great location for the harbour. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Located next to a mosque with loud speakers attached to it's minuet. The call to prayer was loud and often, including 4 am. We had a problem as the rain had caused the entrance door to swell so we could not open or close it very well. However, the staff were there instantly and the door was planed the very next day.
