Amazing staff and perfect location, with a few minor areas for improvement.
Pros:

I had a great stay at Adelmar Hotel Istanbul Sisli. The staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone from the doorman to reception, bellboys, and housekeeping were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is perfect in Istanbul, right in Sisli, close to Taksim, and just steps away from Osmanbey metro station which makes getting around very easy. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room lighting could be improved as it felt a bit dim. Breakfast options were somewhat limited and could use more variety. The hotel and rooms look slightly outdated and would benefit from some renovation. Additionally, the airport transfer service provided by the hotel was quite expensive compared to other options.

Предложение улучшить завтраки так как они были не плохие, но без всяких изысков, можно добавить что-то мясное
Pros:

Во первых местоположение -супер! Метро прям через дорогу, автобусные остановки в 5-7 минутах хотьбы,очень много магазинов, кафе, общепитов, сеть Мигрос, ШОК и КейрФур, все в шаговой доступности, были даже круглосуточные магазины и овощные рядом. В целом прям центр, 15 минут пешком до площади Таксим и 20 минут до знаменитой улицы Истекляль. В отеле было чисто, уборку делали каждый день и банные принадлежности обновляли ежедневно. Бутик-отель во французском стиле, как будто внутри Титаника находились. На ресепшене встретил симпатичный, ухоженный и опрятный мужчина, забыла как зовут но он седой и обычно сидит до обеда на ресепшене. Он любезно предложил повысить категорию номера и вместо одной двуспальной кровати у нас было 2 раздельные кровати как мы хотели и плюс бонусом огромный балкон как терраса. После обеда на ресепшене стоял уже другой мужчина и он тоже очень приятный. Когда мы выселялись, помогал взвешивать багаж на весах отеля, мы попали в Стамбул в непогоду и каждый день шли дожди, от отеля давали зонты,нам еще подарили тряпочные брендированные кошельки (мелочь но так приятно) вообщем о высшем уровне сервиса и о любезном персонале можно говорить бесконечно. 👍Вернусь в этот отель с вероятностью 100%

Cons:

Шумоизоляция между номерами немного подводила так как мы остановились в номере 304 и рядом была семья с ребенком и иногда радостные крики малышки были слышны в ночное время
