Everything. One of the staff at the concierge denied us a floor towel to which we explained that we spilled water in the room and that the bathroom is clogged. My partner had to fight the guy because he wants us to charge for a floor towel. They didn’t even offer us a housekeeping service during our 2nd day considering that this should be standard for any hotel. I paid 6,500 for 2 nights and to my surprise the walk in rates are much cheaper. I reached out to booking.com about this but no action taken. Spend your money elsewhere. This is such a reap off. Beware!!!!!!

It's not worth that price for 1,800 pesos....no complimentary anything, no parking, it's not that privacy friendly, it's not sound proof I mean for you if you were looking for a peaceful place you can even hear somebody's talking outside and laughing and even the sounds of the vehicles outside along the highway.. it's not worth the price..

Pros:

The location is very much accessible to everything i need. Stafs are friendly, and the room was clean.

Cons:

Price range wise, there are other better options at booking.com. the place is quite old , basically you are paying the hotel because of its prime location. I guess i was expecting more, so temper your expectation.
