Pros:

It is a very nice hotel, not more than 5 minutes away from a station, and the location in general is very good. The room was clean, and for people with heavy luggage, there is an elevator.

Cons:

I won't say there are any major issues. The only thing is that taller guests may have some issues, since i am around 1.80m and my feet were right on the edge of the bed. Other than that- nothing.

整體而言還是很棒的 便宜！推薦！
Pros:

離下下茶屋車站非常近！回程去機場非常方便！性價比高，自助入住很方便，也有提供備品在大廳自取！還可以寄放行李（但沒有人管理，就只是放在大廳電梯旁邊）

Cons:

只是住的第三天有人員直接入內打掃，客房說明是說有需要可以客服聯絡，但我沒聯絡，不過我也沒有留貴重物品所以也無妨。

エアコンが使用出来ませんでした。
Pros:

料金が安かったこと。

Cons:

エアコンのフィルターが、ほこりまみれで、エアコンが使用出来ませんでした。
あと防音対策が出来ていない感じで、上の階の声がよく聞こえたことです。

Pros:

都市に近い、駅に近い、アクセスがよい。

必要最低限の設備があり、清潔だった。

Cons:

敷地前の駐車場にイヌの糞が大量にあった。
しょうが無いかもしれない。
