Accommodation exceeded our expectations
Pros:

For a very reasonable price, we got clean and sufficient accommodation in an amazing location just a short walk from the metro. The surrounding area also had a great Japanese vibe, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff who assisted me online were very helpful.

Cons:

The only improvements I would suggest are cleaning the balcony and adding at least a couple of small chairs. Replacing the worn carpet in the room with flooring (e.g., lino) would also make a big difference.

前回より気持ちよく宿泊させて頂きました。
Pros:

以前宿泊した時はチェックインの際に身分証明書の写メを提出しなければならず、セキュリティの面で違和感を感じていましたが、今回はパスワードの施錠管理に変更されたためかそのようなこともなく、スムーズに安心して宿泊することができました。

Cons:

浴室ドアにタオル掛けごあると良かったなと思います。また衣類消臭剤もあると助かります。あとは冷蔵庫の冷えも悪かったのが残念でした。またお部屋にレースのカーテンがあると部屋に採光できたかなと感じました。
