we had a very pleasant stay :) i would definitely repeat next time!
Pros:

this was absolutely value for money. it is small, but just enough for the two of us. we could open two carry-on luggages and still have space to walk. location was excellent! in a quiet neighbourhood just 1 min walk to 7-eleven and 3 mins walk to the train station + direct access to kansai international airport.

Cons:

the birds in the morning can be quite noisy
