まずは、清潔感が満点でした✨スタッフさんも有り難い事に親切丁寧です✨今回はサントロペさんでしたか？基本ブフェスタイルは、苦手意識が有ってすみません!前回いただいた時は、誰もが満足する様な料理ばかりで良かったです、部屋でいただければ最高です✨今回で３回目おじゃまさせていただきありがとうございます😊これからもよろしくお願いします!

Wonderful location with outstanding breakfast!
Pros:

We had to stay in this area of Kobe and picked this hotel primarily for its location. It exceeded our expectations with its beautiful view of the bridge, elegant lobby and restaurant, and outstanding breakfast buffet, one of the best I've ever encountered. There were hundreds of items, both Western and Japanese, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious. We stayed in a standard room which was larger than usual for the category, with a well appointed bathroom and a work area. It is about a ten minute walk to the Maiko train station. The staff were friendly. I would happily stay here again.

Check out完後，發現遺留兩件夾克在飯店房間。隔一天回去詢問，前台英文不太能溝通，外套也都找不到。很大件的羽絨外套，不知為何沒法幫我留下來。因為英文溝通實在有問題，只能放棄....

早咲きの桜が綺麗でした🌸

Cons:

お部屋の壁紙が剥がれていたりした部分があったのが残念でした。でも使い勝手には関係なかったので問題なかったです。

宿泊費が安いが、とてもよい滞在をさせてもらいました。
Pros:

4年前に泊まったときより、スタッフが丁寧で接客がよくなっていた。お風呂の施設が大幅に変わっていて、特に、女性用のお風呂のシャワーヘッドやドライヤーがリファのものだったり、シャンプーコンディショナー等がロクシタンの製品になっていたので驚いた
朝食ビュッフェも変わらず充実している。
