Pros:

L’environnement dans la nature les bungalows bien équipés on a vu des animaux le soir : raton laveurs et des agoutis. La piscine et le Jacuzzi (à eau chaude ça fait du bien).

Cons:

Le bruit malheureusement de la rue (jusqu’à 2-3h du matin et à 5h le camion poubelle prend le relais). La taille des lits on est sur un petit 2 places mais c’est le cas dans beaucoup d’hôtels qu’on a fait).

Manque de transparence et refus de remboursement

Personnel et manager sympathique, dommage qu’aucun accord juste n’a pu être trouvé.

Réservation effectuée pour 4 nuits via Booking chez Riviera Maya Suites.

À l’arrivée, nous n’avons pas été logés dans l’hôtel présenté sur l’annonce, mais dans un bâtiment annexe (Palmar del Sol), distinct de l’établissement principal et sans réception sur place. Cette information n’était pas clairement indiquée lors de la réservation.

La prestation fournie ne correspondait pas à celle présentée au moment de l’achat.

Nous avons quitté les lieux rapidement et dû réserver un autre hôtel à nos frais.

Malgré l’ouverture d’un litige, l’établissement n’a pas accepté de procéder à un remboursement intégral, estimant que le logement attribué correspondait à leur interprétation de la réservation.

Conclusion :
Manque de transparence sur l’affectation en bâtiment annexe. Vérifiez précisément où vous serez logé avant de réserver.

Läget är perfekt. Nära till stranden, Chedraui, barer och restauranger. Lummig vild trädgård med fåglar och andra djur. Trevlig personal.

Nous avions réservé un appartement 2 chambres donnant sur la rue. J'avais vérifié les commentaires sur booking qui disaient que l'hôtel était loin du bruit de la 5eme avenue...absolument pas car les appartements sont dans un immeuble à côté de l'hôtel et donnent directement sur la 5eme avenue.... donc hyper bruyant! Du genre concert avec basse; batterie et chanteuse jusqu'à 2h du matin. Quand je me suis plainte le lendemain à la réception de l'hôtel ils nous ont changé pour une chambre vue sur jardin....cela n'a rien changé du tout même vacarme ! C'est la première fois en 40 ans que je déconseille sérieusement un établissement!

That's a big "never again" for me

Cons:

The place had a foul odor, the hot water was questionable. One person had a hot shower, but two others had no hot water. Staff seemed bothered with us asking for assistance. Not sure if the blankets on the bed were washed, they had an unpleasant odor. I've been to playa del carmen every year for 10 years. This is one of the worst place to stay. The only good thing was the location.

Zdecydowanie polecamy. My jeszcze wrócimy.
Pros:

Spędziliśmy pobyt w tej willi 2 tygodnie w 9 osób. Naszym zdaniem komfortowo najlepiej sprawdzi się dla 8 osób (w tym minimum dwóch par), ponieważ nie ma możliwości zmiany konfiguracji łóżek, co przy większej grupie może być pewnym ograniczeniem. W willi są 4 sypialnie. Te z dużym łożem małżeńskim mają swoją łazienkę. Pozostałe dwa pokoje mają łazienkę na korytarzu ogólnodostępna. Dodatkowo na dole WC.

Sama willa jest przepięknie położona – czuliśmy się jak w mini dżungli. Klimat tego miejsca jest absolutnie wyjątkowy. Każdego dnia na naszym tarasie pojawiały się ostronosy, szopy, aguti i wiewiórki – to było niesamowite doświadczenie i ogromna atrakcja.

Ogromnym plusem jest codzienne sprzątanie – panie sprzątające wkładały w swoją pracę naprawdę dużo serca. Codziennie otrzymywaliśmy świeże ręczniki w różnych kształtach ;) i uzupełniane były mydełka.

Kuchnia jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona – bez problemu można korzystać z niej większa grupa. W willi znajduje się również pralka i suszarka, co przy dłuższym pobycie jest ogromnym udogodnieniem. Dodatkowo dystrybutor z wodą.

Do dyspozycji jest ogólnodostępny basen i jacuzzi. Ręczniki basenowe i plażowe dostępne są na recepcji, co jest bardzo wygodne. Obsługa przez cały pobyt była pomocna, życzliwa i uśmiechnięta.

Niestety widać, że niektóre elementy wymagają już odświeżenia – czas zrobił swoje. Myślę, że nawet samo przemalowanie ścian w willi znacząco poprawiłoby ogólne wrażenie. Sporym minusem był jednak problem z wodą – trudno było wyregulować temperaturę (albo bardzo gorąca, albo zimna), a ciśnienie było dość słabe. Łazienki wymagają odświeżenia.

Mimo tych uwag, miejsce ma wyjątkowy klimat i jeśli ktoś szuka połączenia komfortu z naturą, będzie bardzo zadowolony.

Very nice place surrounded by nature, perfectly positioned in Playa, peace and quiet walk away from all the buzz
Spacious rooms and very comfy beds, well equipped kitchens, loved the smoothie makers!

Cons:

We booked a penthouse but we're given a different room, without separate beds for our grown up kids, without pool view like we booked, no sunbeds on terrace, no balcony exit from bedroom etc. Just a different room.
Reception kindly said our penthouse is occupied so we either take what we get or go away. They can refund us... thank you very much, after long trip and flight we should go look for accommodation...
So we ended up in standard on ground floor which was very dark. Had to turn on lights at 10am.
So if you get the room you booked, this is a nice place.
Oh, and when we were leaving the receptionist kindly said we did not leave 300usd deposit. Good I kept the receipt. So make sure you keep yours.
When I showed her the receipt she immediately was "oh yes, sure, we have new receptionists..."
Pity such things happen in places like this.
