From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for MYR 80 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

The personal parking was convenient.
To be honest, the only other "pro" was that the lobby was actually cooler than the rooms.
I checked in at 11:50 PM and immediately found bloodstains on the bedside table and some unidentified stains on the sofa. I was too exhausted to complain right then, so I tried to lie down at 12:30 AM. By 2:30 AM, I still hadn't slept because the room was incredibly stuffy—around 27°C. The AC was blowing, but it was just warm air. The central AC in the living area (the lounge area outside the bedroom) was completely broken.
I called the front desk at 2:30 AM, and they sent a "technician" who was actually just a security guard. After a reboot, he admitted the living area AC was dead. They moved me to a smaller room, which I accepted just to get some rest, but it had the exact same AC issue. I didn't sleep a wink.
At 5:30 AM, I complained to the person in charge, and they promised a refund. I checked out at 6:30 AM. It has now been 7 days and I still haven’t received anything. I won’t be back, and I’m not even going to bother chasing the refund anymore. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

There are little ants in the room.
And the people at nearby rooms leave rubbish and food at the hallway overnights.
Rooms furniture was old as well as aircond. No cool air from aircond. Customer services truly not responsive and non friendly.
Need to upgrade with the facility..first checkin the aircond having problem not cold, was change to another room but door lock having problem very tight to lock. But overall stay was ok..
Lots of parking space.
