The staff mixed up the reservation, so we couldn’t stay at the hotel and had to go to another one.
The building was nice. Furniture etc was okay
Customer service is severely lacking. The staff didn't seem too interested in serving. A few times they said okay to a request but didn't follow through. Mostly though, they just outright decline. The bidet was leaking. The bathroom was very awkwardly designed so the door touched the sink when fully open and the toilet was behind the door. WiFi was patchy and almost non existent. And most mind bogglingly, they do not provide hand soap. You can have toothbrushes, toothpastes, shower gels and shampoos, but you will not have hand soap.
I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my very disappointing stay at this hotel.
The staff were clearly untrained and unprofessional in handling guests.
We were repeatedly disturbed by staff knocking on our door multiple times, despite already informing them that we did not want to change rooms.
The room facilities were problematic, especially the air conditioning which was not functioning properly.
One indian female staff member was extremely rude and raised her voice at us, which is completely unacceptable.
There was a clear lack of internal communication among staff, as our request was not properly conveyed, leading to repeated disturbances.
This experience falls far below acceptable hospitality standards. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and improve their service quality.
