L'unica cosa buona e' la vicinanza all'Ulker Arena ma non vale la pena soggiornare in questo Hotel

Cons:

Il prezzo pagato includeva la colazione.
Sono rimasta 4 notti, non c'e' mai stato il buffet.
Non c'era personale, 1 sola persona vestita in tuta e ciabatte.
La colazione consisteva sempre in un piatto preparato la sera prima, incelofanato.
3 pezzetti di formaggio, 3 pomodorini, alcune olive, 1 uovo sodo e 2 fette di non so che tipo di salume confezionato
L'ultimo giorno avevano finito il caffe', l'unica cosa decente che avevano.

Fuori dall'Hotel c'erano i detriti del Cafe' demolito da tempo
Le foto dell'Hotel non rispecchiano assolutamente la situazione attuale della struttura che e' veramente in cattive condizioni
Il personale non parla Inglese e non e' professionale

Cons:

The location is quite far from the metro, which makes it inconvenient. There was a lot of noise until midnight, so it was difficult to rest. The breakfast was very poor: it was served as a plate in the cellar, with only a few small pieces of cheese, some of which seemed old and dried out. There was no buffet and no choice at all.

The overall atmosphere was also unpleasant. The lobby smelled strongly of smoke, and staff were smoking inside. The bathroom was the worst part of the stay. In room 402, water leaks out of the shower, and if you do not notice it immediately, the whole bathroom floor becomes flooded. The furniture was broken and of very poor quality.

Overall, for 100 euros per night, the hotel offers far less than what would reasonably be expected.

Hotel mi zrušil týden před cestou rezervaci, kvůli plánované rekonstrukci. Chtěl jsem se po roce vrátit do stejného hotelu. Bohužel.

La strada dove affacciava la camera era silenziosa. Poi ci hanno trasferito di hotel ed avevo i gabbiani che non mi facevano dormire.

Cons:

Beh di notte ci hanno sgomberato dall'hotel perché non aveva i documenti relativi alla sicurezza! Ci hanno spostato in un altro hotel della catena nel downtown. Follia!
Mai successa una cosa del genere in vita mia!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Special thanks to Ms. Elif at the restaurant for her excellent service, warm smile, and kind attitude. She truly made our experience more enjoyable.

J’ai adoré mon voyage dans cet hôtel :)
Pros:

J’ai voyagé dans le but d’une opération du nez à Istanbul et cet hôtel était vraiment incroyable. En plein centre ville, vous avez tous à proximité de l’hôtel, centre commerciaux, taxis, restaurants. Le personnel était très gentil et au petit soin, je souhaite remercier madame Emine, Elif, et Bahar, pour leur accueil et gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner était authentique et très bon, et la propreté vraiment rien à dire je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour vos vacances ou voyage d’affaires. Et merci au directeur également.

Rien tout était parfait :)
