Cons:

Street parking if you come with your vehicle. We were able to find a spot though in front of the hotel.

J’ai adoré mon voyage dans cet hôtel :)
Pros:

J’ai voyagé dans le but d’une opération du nez à Istanbul et cet hôtel était vraiment incroyable. En plein centre ville, vous avez tous à proximité de l’hôtel, centre commerciaux, taxis, restaurants. Le personnel était très gentil et au petit soin, je souhaite remercier madame Emine, Elif, et Bahar, pour leur accueil et gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner était authentique et très bon, et la propreté vraiment rien à dire je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour vos vacances ou voyage d’affaires. Et merci au directeur également.

Très insatisfaits, nous avons été trompés par cet hôtel. Ils ont prétendu lors de la réservation que nous ne nous étions
Pros:

Je n'ai absolument rien apprécié. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai reçu une chambre complètement différente de celle que j'avais réservée. En raison des conditions d'hygiène, j'ai choisi de partir. J'avais réservé 5 nuits, payé d'avance, et j'avais demandé le remboursement de 4 nuits, mais ils ont profité des conditions du protocole sanitaire liées à la réservation.

Cons:

Attention, les photos sur la réservation sont très anciennes et ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Les murs sont couverts de moisissures à cause d'infiltrations d'eau au plafond, les fenêtres sont vissées pour empêcher le froid d'entrer, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, la salle de bain est sale, pleine de calcaire et de poussière, le lit est sale.

I had a wonderful stay at The Gate Hotel in Istanbul! The hotel is very clean, modern, and well located. I would especially like to emphasize the friendly and helpful staff.
