Friendly staff
Pros:

Amazing place. The staff are incredible and helpful and always have a smile on their face. Kim was so lovely and everyone else. We didn’t want to leave

Pros:

The staff were incredible. All of them welcomed us with open arms and with smiles on their faces. Kim was amazing, always telling us stories about the war and giving advice on where to go. The whole stay was amazing and we will be back.

Pros:

Wohlfühlatmosphäre durch überaus freundliches Personal und angenehmes Ambiente. Dachterrassenpool mit Rundum-Ausblick; gutes Frühstücksbuffet, das im 11.Stock mit tollem Ausblick offeriert wird.
Würde gleich nochmal buchen.

EL MEJOR HOTEL DE PHNOM PEN
Pros:

Absolutamente todo. La piscina, la ubicación, el desayuno exquisito. Pero sin duda, lo mejor la atención de su personal. Kim es el encargado más amable del mundo y sus trabajadores son encantadores. Volveremos!!!!

Superfriendly hotel, great location, fab pool.
Pros:

The staff were all lovely and super helpful.
The view from the roof level pool was amazing, looking over the square and out over the city.
The location was great, very close to the palace and the museum.
The view from the restaurant where breakfast was provided was also wonderful.
Gorgeous swimming pool and seating area on the top floor.

Cons:

Only a very slight quibble. Asked for a balcony room but the balcony was small and didn't look over anything worth seeing!

I thought the price for the room was quite high, but loved the hotel so it was ok.

sehr freundliches Personal sowie sehr gute Lage (man kann viel zu Fuß erreichen), beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei, guter Kaffeeautomat

Один из лучших персоналом, чисто, супер чисто уютный номер с темными шторами, в телевизоре есть ютюб, хороший душ. Заселение могут сделать раньше 14;00. К сожалению ты не можешь продлить номер всего на пару часов, либо продлеваешь на сутки либо выселение в 12, но а целом бывает возможность, что можно выселиться позже например на час или даже два. Хорошие завтраки и коктейли. Атмосфера там роскошная и уютная. Я всегда себя чувствовала там как дома

Séjour agréable à Phnom Phen
Pros:

Staff très accueillant à tous les étages, spécialement Kim et Sun. Lit confortable et chambre spacieuse et propre. Déjeuner copieux avec grand choix entre asiatiques et occidentales dans une salle au 11ème étage toute finestre.

Cons:

La fenêtre dans la salle de bain pourrait être givrée au lieu d’avoir une rideau que ne laisse pas passer la lumière, si on la laisse ouverte, on se donne en spectacle au voisinage en prenant une douche.
Belle piscine sur le toit mais il manque des chaises longues et de parasol pour plus de confort. Il y a juste de sort de matelas mis au sol avec un coussin.
Voisinage un peu bruyant.

Komfortowy hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Hotel położony w odległości krótkiego spaceru od największych atrakcji w mieście. Obsługa niesamowicie miła i pomocna- jest niewątpliwie dodatkowym atutem tego hotelu. Cudowny widok z z basenu na dachu, smaczne śniadania.

Cons:

Cienkie okna, przez co słychać dźwięki z ulicy.
