Did not meet the expectation of Booking.com’s 5-star category.
Pros:

Cleanliness. Good views from hotel room. Convenience of location 5 min walk from subway station.

Cons:

Room was far too hot, especially with morning sun. No air conditioning in the standard room - though we were told this upon arrival. Hotel is in need of a refresh. Breakfast expensive (¥3300pp). No shuttle bus service. No coin laundry.

Winter in Sapporo
Pros:

The location next to Nakajima Park. The window view of the park from the room.
The sitting area of lobby has a high window view of the park. The access to the park from here is closed in winter

Cons:

Centralized air conditioning which makes it unadjustable. It can be stuffy if totally switch off.

The Snow Festival is a great time to visit
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding. We mainly walked into Odori Park 1.8km and used the train once.

Cons:

Chairs in our room were not comfortable except the one at the desk.

The location of this corporate hotel is excellent to access all that Sapporo offers & the breakfast is exceptional. The room was very comfortable & immaculately clean. All staff were delightful & very helpful.

非常好的住宿體驗、櫃檯人員也非常親切使用日文時特別放慢速度符合溝通。早餐非常好吃😋，一樓有自助免費飲料、有機會還會再回住的札幌好飯店

とても素晴らしい宿泊体験でした。
フロントスタッフの方々もとても親切で、日本語で対応する際には、こちらに合わせてゆっくり話してくださり、安心してコミュニケーションが取れました。
朝食もとても美味しかったです😋
1階には無料のセルフドリンクもあり、とても便利でした。
また機会があれば、ぜひ再び宿泊したい札幌の素敵なホテルです。

It was a wonderful stay.
The front desk staff were very kind and considerate, and they spoke Japanese more slowly to make communication easier, which I really appreciated.
The breakfast was delicious 😋
There were also complimentary self-service drinks available on the first floor.
I would definitely stay here again when visiting Sapporo.
