Sehr geräumiges Zimmer,geräumiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche,Zimmer schön hell,sehr sauber,verkehrstechnisch gut erreichbar und trotzdem angenehm ruhige Lage,unaufdringlicher Service

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist nicht warm,19°C sind zum Schlafen ok aber zum Aufenthalt im Zimmer und besonders im Bad zu wenig. Das Problem ist offensichtlich bekannt,denn es stand ein zusätzliches elektrisches Heizgerät da. Die Leistung verpuffte allerdings im geräumigen Zimmer.

Für 2 nächte war es in Ordnung. Nächstes mal buchen wir uns jedoch ein zentraleres Hotel.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft insgesamt war sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Besonders der Wellnessbereich hat einen äußerst positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Frühstück war solide und entsprach den Erwartungen.

Insgesamt handelt es sich um ein modernes Hotel mit einem geschmackvoll gestalteten Badezimmer und komfortablen Betten, die zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen haben.

Cons:

Die Lage im Botschaftsviertel ist nicht ganz optimal, da die nächste U-Bahn-Station relativ weit entfernt ist. Das Personal an der Rezeption war insgesamt in Ordnung.

Leider wurden weder Bademäntel noch Hausschuhe auf den Zimmern bereitgestellt. Für ein Hotel, das einen Wellnessbereich anbietet, sollte eine entsprechende Ausstattung meiner Meinung nach in allen Zimmerkategorien selbstverständlich sein. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen haben wir jedoch „ausnahmsweise“ welche bekommen.

Leider war im Zimmer stets ein leichter Geruch aus dem Abfluss wahrnehmbar. Dieser war zwar nicht stark genug, um den Aufenthalt erheblich zu beeinträchtigen, jedoch fiel er dennoch auf.

Lage sehr gut. Nahe Tiergarten. Elefantentor.

Cons:

Frühstück zu teuer. Bäckerei eine Straße weiter sehr gut und günstig.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Leider war es nicht warm genug, besonders abends und nachts. Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und sehr praktisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sowie das Reinigungsteam. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten bei der Heizung.

Klo eingetrocknet mit Urin.

Zimmer hat nach Abfluss gestunken.

Looks better than it is
Pros:

The hotel was located near the zoo and several bus stops so it was easy to access the city. There were also a good option of restaurants nearby. The room was really pretty and the hotels pool despite being small was quiet so we could easily enjoy the facilities. They provide a free bottle of water which was a lovely act.

Cons:

1. The breakfast feels over priced for what it was.
2. The pillows felt very lumpy.
3. The a/c was not working well and we remained too warm in the room despite there being snow on the ground outside.
4. The room when we first entered always smelt very very bad - like you walked through this could of horrible smell every time you entered the room.

a will come again but there is room for many improments.
Pros:

personally I really liked the friendliness of the staff. They understood my demands quickly and gave me the best option available for parking, for example. Good vibes all around. I am thinking of coming again this year.

Cons:

I would surely have enjoyed a bigger pool, a larger space for the sauna and gym. The parking prices are a bit high. And the cleaning personnel is something I could have enjoyed seeing more. The wifi also. It is very slow and sometimes not working.

alles in allem ein gutes hotel
Pros:

die fußbodenheizung im bad und lademöglichkeiten in der garage, die sauna, der pool

Cons:

der pool ist etwas zu kalt und es nervt, das eltern mit ihren kindern aus dem wellnessbereich ein erlebnisbad machen. dann ist da nicht viel mit erholung.
das bett könnte etwas bequemer sein
