Everything perfect. Comfy bed. Very clean
Bath was a little small
The vibe was really nice, the room I had was lovely!
I think the parking spaces could be better marked out for people.
We stay here regularly and the breakfast is always excellent. We had an free upgrade on our room which was appreciated and made our stay just that little bit better. We'll be back again soon
No complaints at all
Location was great
No personal feel to the place, breakfast to late for working people
Very interesting property lots of old charm
Bathroom was tiny and sink almost to small to uses, no way of filling the kettle except using bottles
Lovely room and lovely history of the hotel great place to stay very comfortable and quiet lovely staff at the sister hotel across the road where we had a great breakfast very helpful staff.
As this was a purely automatic , code only, no bar or eestauranr hotel there were no staff to ask for restaurant recommendations or directions
Free parking
Large room and bathroom
Bath tub and shower
The room was moderately clean
The bathroom smelt clean
Pillows are very comfortable
TV works not fussed if smart TV or not
Cobwebs hanging from ceiling and lamps
Small spiders crawling around the bedside lamp
Dust on bedside tables, kettle, cups, toilet, TV remote
Rusty toilet roll holder with tissue touching it
Rusty showerhead
Bits of hair under the duvet
Creaky floors, can hear everything (i mean everything) from other room and loose doors felt like my door was being opened when the other room opened their door.
Feels like it's been a while since it was cleaned and checked on. Just needs a deep clean before the guest arrives, and a few minor upgrades, and this wouldn't be an issue because the room and location were great!!
It was lovely seeing the history of the hotel
Nothing
Character of the building
No staff, no flexibility, tired room, stained carpet, shower in the room, toilet door didn't close, breakfast across the road. Too expensive for what it is.
The history, the parking, the size of room.
Lack of staff in the hotel. General cleanliness was not good. Poor quality cooked breakfast and water not hot enough to make tea.
Hotel was spotless clean and breakfast was lovely. Also not far from shops
It was advertised they had a bar downstairs but it was just a lounge think it was because it was out of season also self check in with a code only saw one member of staff the housekeeper no other staff other wise a great stay
