The Heritage Inn was a great place to stay if coming to The Woodlands!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was ideal. I liked that there was a back entrance to the parking lot so I did not have to get on and off the I-45 feeder road. Their breakfast was tasty. I love biscuits and gravy with my scrambled eggs… there was also a pancake machine, yogurts and baked goods. The queen beds were comfy and the a/c in our room worked great! I liked how the bathroom was laid out with the sink on the outside. It worked well for two friends traveling. One could get ready while the other took a shower. There was plenty of parking which was nice! Staff was friendly. I liked the two elevators, very convenient when parking in the back of the hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is older so you could see a little wear and tear. The headboards could use an upgrade. They had some areas that were peeling off. Although the water was nice and hot, the water pressure was low. Would have liked bacon and fresh fruit added to the breakfast. We were charged for the rooms before we arrived, even though the confirmation showed we could pay upon arrival. That caused a little issues since I booked two rooms for four scrapbook ladies. It got worked out the next day and the bill was split for us. Just little things. We’ll be back next year!

*Do wish there would be two bed handicapped rooms with a walk-in or roll-in shower vs only a tub with grab bars. Hard when friends are traveling with only a single king bed.

It was a nice hotel overall
Pros:

Rooms was nice and roomy

Cons:

When I arrived the staffed told me they weren’t sure if the room had been clean, mind you it was after 3pm. They need to do better by communicating with their housekeeping department

It's economical and convenient.
Pros:

Location and price were of major importance to us, and the Heritage Inn met expectations. The room was comfortable. The A/C worked. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. They have nice treadmills with towels and water available.

Cons:

The single sink was a little small for two people. The fabric on the headboard was worn and should probably be replaced soon. The little refrigerator had no settings and froze our food.

Clean, helpful staff in a good location for a great price.
Pros:

The room was an excellent value.

Cons:

Breakfast quality is just ok. Also, they were always out of coffee. They would replenish it but only after being asked. Coffee is key to breakfast.

Pros:

Great location, clean , the staff are very nice at the front desk ! Breakfast was great sweet ladies working breakfast always making sure everything was available for breakfast and coffee .

Cons:

Could use upgrade on coffee machines in rooms and breakfast area , lots of hotels have gone to the fresh bean machines in breakfast area and self served it all day . I love that alot of people need that coffee all day !
