Accueil aimable, et petit déjeuner génial, copieux , frais, à la demande ; et personnel de service particulièrement attentionné tous les jours un peu plus !
Le dîner un soir au bar était également correct mm si la carte est trop réduite à notre gout.
L'environnement est très bien avec une offre de restauration variée et de qualité ; les musées sont à 2 pas, la gare centrale à moins de 500 mètres, et les trams au pied de l'hôtel. Super emplacement,
Par contre catastrophe pour la literie ; stop à la mode des surmatelas qui ne tiennent pas en place, et aux oreillers en mousses synthétiques mal agglomérées ...
Breakfastwas excellent and the personnel in the breakfast service were lovely. The Shutters bar is nice, but I felt pushed to consume more. That ploy was all too obvious and not endearing

Staff were exceptionally, location was fantastic.
Excellent modern hotel. Quite 'business orientated' and functional but you know that when you book it. Very good breakfast. Good location near the train station and Opera House.

Location and breakfast but they need to learn how to cook bacon. Half of it was raw all the time. The spread was incredible. The staff that was extremely helpful. Best part of the hotel
The rugs on the floor were a bit rundown and dated. The rooms and I was at a junior suite. We’re OK. Complained to the staff three different times while they’re that the Internet would not come on the TV to use my apps. And they said they were working on it. Which I highly doubt it. Left early one morning and told them to make up a room by the time we came back at 3 o’clock it was not made up. There’s no hotel phone. The bathroom had no curtain and was at least 4 to 5 inches above where you get in. Which made it for a very slippery. By the end of a shower, you had 2 inches of standing water without a stopper in the sink.
Hotel is new, with handy location. Breakfast buffet is exceptional.
