Очень хорошее место! Отдыхали с сестрой 5 дней в двухместном номере. Места хватило, раздельные кровати, небольшой шкаф, зеркала, полки для вещей, душ👍 каждый день проводилась уборка, приносили чистые полотенца! Персонал очень вежливый, говорили и на английском и на русском! Местоположение шикарное, около трамвайной остановки Гульхане, сам парк тоже в минуте ходьбы! И ещё очень много достопримечательностей в пешей доступности!
Завтраки каждый день были одинаковые, но мы довольны. Хорошо наедались. Чай, кофе, соки, вода - можно набирать в течение дня в любое время! Всё понравилось!!! Когда выселялись, получили памятные подарочки, очень приятно! Будем рады вернуться снова!!

Excellent stay
Pros:

There was the excellence service and location. Included breakfast was varied. The staff was very friendly. Despite we arrived before check-in time, we've been allowed to leave our luggage in a safe place, so we had much more time to browse the city.

Me gusto todo, Es un hotel sencillo, pero super cómodo ,hambientadado con detalles de buen gusto. La habitación bien equipadas, la ventana de la nuestra daba al Parque Gülhane, Todas las instalaciones impecables, cuentan con ascensor.El desayuno tipico turco muy completo, productos frescos y sabrosos bajabamos a desayunar entre las 8 y 9 hs y habia de todo..Por otro lado cabe destacar un servicio que no todos los hoteles tienen, ofrecen jugo agua y cafe las 24 horas , las veces que se desee consumir ,La ubicación es inmejorable,, a pocas cuadras de las principales atraccionea de la zona, es posible llegar a pie a cada una de ellas y tambien al transporte publico que funciona de maravilla. Destaco la atención del personal, su amabilidad que supera las barreras idiomaticas y culturales para que la estadía sea espectacular Una mension eapecial para Cristina que nos peemitio dejar el.equipaje hasta el.horario de salida de nuestro autobús y nos entrego un recuerdo a cada huesped

It was very difficult to use shower. Very untidy. So so disappointed. On the bedsheet there was spots. Bad table with mirror was in bad condition. It was repaired, but when master came we were in the room half worn and he opened door with his card. It was unpleasant

Gostamos apenas da localização e dos funcionários que são gentis.

Cons:

Às instalações não são confortáveis. O quarto é muito pequeno, mal dava para colocar as malas no chão e o banheiro é minúsculo, com um box que deixa metade do banho para fora, inundando o que deveria ser área seca. A pia do banheiro é muito pequena, com uma bancada que não cabe nada e empoça água (pia com lodo).
O café da manhã não atende a um público internacional, só tem café solúvel, não tem nenhuma fruta e nenhum alimento quente e nem onde esquentar. Os ovos cozidos são deixados frios, dificultando muito a remoção da casca.
Não tem tomada no banheiro, na mesa de trabalho e nem próximo ao espelho.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Tram ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr nett – ein besonderes Dankeschön an Baris!

​Zimmer viel zu klein und ständige Probleme mit der Zimmerkarte

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr klein. In dem Zimmer, das wir eigentlich gebucht hatten, gab es überhaupt keinen Schrank, um Kleidung aufzuhängen. Baris hat uns dann zwar nett ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, in dem ein Schrank war, aber auch dieses Zimmer war sehr eng und der Schrank extrem klein.

Ein weiteres großes Ärgernis: Die Zimmerkarte hat ständig nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten jedes Mal wieder runter in die Lobby laufen, um die Karte neu aktivieren zu lassen, weil wir sonst nicht ins Zimmer kamen. Das war wirklich sehr ärgerlich.

Christina is the sweetest person ready to assist any time in any case. and I simply enjoyed communication and spending time with her.
person serving the breakfast, unfortunately I don't know his name, but he was the most energetic person I have ever seen. ❤️ working every time and always showing his goodwill and readiness to assist.
rooms are in a good condition, small, but absolutely comfortable for tourists, who mostly spend time out and come to room to have a good sleep,
it was cleaned every day.

in addition, I would like to underline perfect location on the opposite of Gulhane park entrance next to gulhane tram stop. perfect location to walk to most sightseeings around.

in conclusion I highly recommend Sirkeci Ersu Hotel and would return there again .

Cons:

O hotel e os quartos precisam muito de manutenção. Tudo é bastante antigo e descuidado. O quarto não é confortável e parece sujo, encontrei chicletes colado no controle remoto da TV. O café da manhã também deixa muito a desejar. A cafeteira quebrou e eles simplesmente não serviram café. Os funcionários são gentis, mas infelizmente a estadia não foi boa, por isso não recomendo. Existem muitos outros hotéis na redondeza como opção.

Были в этом отеле 27-28 июня, забронировали в этот же день, цена приемлемая, такие же цены как 2 года назад, девушка Кристина в ресепсионе очень любезная, расположение отеля очень хорошее, все рядом, завтраки большой ассортимент, спокойный, чистый, все прекрасно работает, кондиционер, фен, душ, кровати хорошие, шторы толстые, все чисто, аккуратно, вода, сахар, кофе в номере, очень довольны остались. Спасибо, обязательно ещё вернемся🤗
