Pure delight to stay in
Pros:

Loved this hotel. Spacious, comfortable, stylish and very generous proving free drinks and food most of the day including free wine/prosecco in the evening. Been travelling round Japan for a month and this was easily the best hotel I have stayed in.

Location great, staff nice - would choose alternative next time
Pros:

Perfectly located for Kanazawa: 5 mins walk to Castle, Park, museums, market, Samarai district etc. The happy hour drinks & snacks in lobby area very welcome & nice moment.

Cons:

Feels like a factory. From the moment you arrive and are directed to a machine for check-in rather than a person. “Superior Double room” apparently means a small room with small double bed pushed against the wall with access on only one side. Everything else is cheap - cheap polyester relax clothes where all hotels have lovely cotton & linen ones. Other equipment cheap and low cost - despite expensive hotel option
