ロケーションが最高で、露天風呂からの景色も良かった。24時間入浴可なので、好きな時間に余裕をもって楽しむことができました。静かで、部屋も綺麗でした。フィトネスも追加料なしでした

Cons:

17階から上層がホテルのため、建物に来てもオフィスかな？と迷った、ちなみにに17階がロビーです、追加で夕食も頼みましたが、メイン料理が少なく残念でした。値段の割に残念、お風呂のシャワー台の床が滑りやすいので注意してください

Brandnew, great room, comfy, great views

Cons:

Staff lacked focus, no efforts at check-in to see if a room was available, then luggage was lost when we came back later to pick up our room keys, no bar but rather a coffee shop which closes early and you get kicked out - all of which does simply not suit a 5 star hotel and totally spoils it

Candedo Osaka
Pros:

We had access to the executive lounge, which was a nice place to hang out and great to have free tea coffee and snacks. Also Free drinks in the evening.
The on-site Osen was a great, wonderful view over the city.

Cons:

No where in the room to put our suitcases. Lack of countertop space in the bathroom, made getting ready in the morning difficult. Lack of hooks and hanging space for coats and clothes.

Comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and just close enough to Dotonbori / downtown Osaka without feeling like you were in the middle of the chaos.

Cons:

The executive guest lounge was a little simple and guests were allowed to wear their hotel slippers and pajamas to the breakfast buffet.
