The bed was so comfortable, pool was gorgeous, staff were friendly and helpful perfect serene escape.

Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro, y el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Estaba todo demasiado viejo y sucio, lleno de manchas de humedad por todas partes, el olor a humedad era tan fuerte dentro de la pieza que no se podia dormir. No había ventilación dentro de las habitaciones, ni el baño. Las lamparas de mesita no tenian enchufe, el armazón de la cama estaba roto, y todo el colgante blanco que rodeaba la cama apestaba a humedad. La verdad fue muy decepcionante, y me sabe mal porque el personal era tan amable y tan tierno! Pareciera que es un error de los dueños el mal mantenimiento.

It was a terrible experience cause for the all the days we stayed there the road in front of the hotel was being tarred. Our shoes got damaged and it was a hell of an inconvenience. The hotel could have credited us for the days based on inconvenience. The room was mouldy and wet and it smelt very stale. Then on the website, I am very disappointed regarding the discrepancy between what was advertised on your website and what was actually provided during my stay.

Your website prominently lists trekking, cycling, and massage services as part of the guest experience — key reasons I chose your hotel, expecting a genuine Ubud experience. However, when I inquired at reception, the staff had no knowledge of these activities, nor were they able to provide any information or contacts to arrange them. I even showed your website listing, and the staff member could only respond that she “did not know.”

Additionally, the advertised massage service was presented as an in-room treatment — not in a spa area, but directly on the guest’s bed. This is far below professional hospitality standards and raises serious hygiene and comfort concerns.

I find this level of misrepresentation troubling. The amenities you promote play a major role in a guest’s booking decision, and advertising services that are unavailable or not up to professional standards constitutes misleading representation.

I kindly request that you review your website content to ensure it accurately reflects what is available to guests, and that you consider compensation or a partial refund for the experience not delivered as advertised.

Es war schrecklich, alles verschimmelt, dieser Geruch war schlimm und das bei allen Zimmern
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, Personal ist nett

Cons:

Es war furchtbar, da alle Zimmer verschimmelt waren, der Gestank wurde mit Parfüm versucht zu überdecken, selbst die Bettwäsche hat nach Schimmel gerochen.

Cute little place to stay. Good value for money.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely and a wonderful added bonus. Traffic is crazy in Ubud, so this place is a wee way off the main track.

Cons:

Pillows were very thin and lumpy so I ended up with a sore neck sleeping on them.

Pros:

Staff were excellent, breakfast was great. Lots of dining options nearby. Rooms were of a good size

Cons:

The room was very smelly , we suspect damp as the major cause , no ventilation for the bathroom

The views, the swimming pool, wifi and the friendly staff.

Cons:

The room smells moldy, the curtains, walls, and ceiling are all moldy, but that's understandable given the high humidity and poor ventilation.

They should look for a mold preventative chemical.

Also, the bedroom door doesn't close properly.
