Wir würden (bei Sonderangebot) gerne wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption hat uns herzlich willkommen geheissen.sie hatten uns ein gratis Upgrade in ein Zimmer mit Balkon gemacht. Wir waren zu früh und sie sagten, dass wäre okay. Das Essen ist vorzüglich, wenn auch recht hochpreisig. Dafür aber dem Ambiente und der Ausstattung durchaus angemessen. Der Wellnessbereich ist grosszügig und sehr einladend gestaltet. Der beheizte Gartenpool ist gross genug, um Bahnen ziehen zu können vor dem herrlichen Bergpanorama und die Outdoorsauna bietet mit ihrer grossen Fensterfront ebenfalls einen fantastischen Ausblick.

Cons:

Sehr viele, sehr laute Kinder, aber nur beim Essen.

Pros:

Wellnessbereich war gross und hat uns gut gefallen und dass essen.
Zimmergrösse relativ gross und ruhige Gegend.
Grosser Balkon

Cons:

Unser Zimmer die „ Familien Suite „war sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Betten eine katastrophe, warm Wasser für 2 min. Die Liebe zum Detail hat gefehlt.
Ist ein Hunde Hotel (überall Haare)

Personal nicht wirklich geschuult.
Zum teil unfreundlich und sehr unmotiviert

Cons:

Abendessen war gut und die Mitarbeiter freundlich, aber die Preisgestaltung lässt wesentlich mehr erwarten und es scheint das Lieblingsrestaurant von Hunden zu sein...

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent! Die Lage ist auch perfekt: Mann erreicht in wenigen Minuten sowohl die Berge als auch den Titisee. Das Restaurant ist auch empfehlenswert!!🤩🥰

Location gut, Service ok. Preis-Leistung mittelmässig.
Pros:

Schön renoviertes Zimmer, Bad. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Essen, alla Carte, gut. Wellnessanlage angenehm mit viel Liegeangebot. Anwendungen im Wellness sind auch gut.

Cons:

Betten sind ohne Topper, also die Gräbchen-Thematik.
Service ist ok. aber sehr vergesslich. Bei jeder Bestellung stand die 50/50% Chance.
Kaffee geht gar nicht! Nur so Vollautomaten, wie in einer Betriebskantine. Der Kaffee ist verbrannt, da können sie die Kaffeesorte noch mehrmals wechseln, wenn die Maschinen zu heiss eingestellt sind.

Dommage pour le restaurant car l ensemble de l établissement vaut le détour
Pros:

L'établissement est très agréable, surtout les piscines et le spa. La décoration du restaurant. La superficie de la chambre

Cons:

les prix du restaurant sont excessifs par rapport à la qualité proposée;
le personnel de la réception et du restaurant, très jeunes manquent de professionnalisme mais sont souriants
L espace bar servi par la réception
La salle de bain un peu vieillotte
