Pros:

Personal war mega hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Bei einchecken war alles mega entspannt, unkompliziert und mit willkommens Drink.
Alles sehr sauber.
Sehr schöne Panorama Sauna mit Pool.
Sehr leckers Abendessen und Frühstück.
Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Es gab's kein Minibar in unser Zimmer und die Betten waren unstabil (die Betten waren auf Rädern und sobald man sich ein bisschen mehr bewegt hat, gingen die auseinander )

Great place to stay in the Black Forest
Pros:

Great place... the room was amazing, big bathroom. Loved the indoor pool. The staff was amazing, always with a smile. Will definitely go back for another time there.

Schönes Hotel mit Luft nach oben

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten vom Mittagsbuffet profitieren, da wir schon um 12 Uhr ankamen. Betten waren sehr bequem. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Hotel alles in allem gut, aber für 4 Sterne definitiv Luft nach oben! Schöner kleiner Aussenbereich mit beheiztem Pool (30C).

Cons:

Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel hätten wir im Zimmer Bodylotion erwartet, da ein Wellness vorhanden ist. Es hatte lediglich ein Dispenser für Hand-Körper-Haare. Saunatücher mussten bei der Rezeption geholt werden, keine vorhanden im Wellness. Relaxliegen extrem hart und umbequem, wir konnten keine 10 Minuten drauf liegen.
Kein Kühlschrank oder Wasserkocher vorhanden im Zimmer!
Personal war zum Teil nicht so aufmerksam beim Abendessen. Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt und es dauerte sehr lange, bis man gefragt wurde, ob man noch etwas bestellen wollte.
Für den Preis hätten wir definitiv mehr erwartet von einem 4-Sterne Hotel

Aussicht & personal top.

Cons:

jedoch ist das Essem relativ Teuer für Deutschland.
Viel Kinder,Innenpool leider nicht zum Geniessen,da die Kinder reinspringen und Laut sind.
Zimmer sehr ringhörig.
Aussenpool 3-4grad wermer , wer es angenehmer.

Das Hotel ist super sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Außenpool und Hallenbad spitze, die Wassertemperatur war schön warm, hervorragend zum verweilen. Immer wieder sehr gerne.

Cons:

Die Preise für das Essen im Restaurant sind viel zu teuer. Kinderschnitzel war zwar Kalbfleisch, aber für 20 € viel zu teuer, Erwachsene Schnitzel mit 34€ ist auch zuteuer.
Sehr schlechtes WLAN.

Cons:

Voller Spa Bereich, nur 1 Handtuch pro Person, keine Liegen, Frühstücksbuffet teilweise leer nicht nachgefüllt, keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer
