الفندق للاسف المره الاولى أعطوني غرفه نظيفه هده المره غرفه ملوته جدا رغم ان السعر الي طلبوه اعلى من سعررالموجود ببوكينغ

المدير محترم العامله بالاستقبالات سببت لي انهيار عصبي يرفضها اعطاءي غرفه رغمً اني حزت مسبقا قالت لاتوجدًدخلت بوكينغ وجدت الغرف متوفره

الغرف ملوته الفراش قديم جدا فيه بق الفراش سبب لي ارتيكاريا لي ولابني وعندي شواهد طبيه تتبت الحاله مجرد ماتاماتل للشفاء سابلغ وزاره السياحه بحجج السواهد والتحاليل التي اتبت ان الارتيكاريا من الفراش عندهم
