Pros:

Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле и в следующий приезд на Боракай остановимся здесь же.
Все на высоте - и персонал, и дизайн, и постельное белье, постельные принадлежности, качественная уборка, косметические средства, завтраки, расположение отеля для нас идеальное, в ресторане по вечерам приятная музыка, все вкусно.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels und das herausragend freundliche Personal. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und am Abend für die Nacht vorbereitet. Die eine oder andere Überraschung wurde vom Zimmerservice für uns vorbereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!🤗

A charming, centrally located stay with warm, attentive service that truly stands out.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of D’Mall, making it incredibly convenient. The Spanish-inspired architecture adds a distinctive and charming touch to the overall ambience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. While the breakfast could be improved, the attentive service more than made up for any shortcomings. The Duty Manager for F&B was especially proactive and helpful.

Cons:

We unfortunately did not have a room with a balcony so that there was no way of getting fresh air in the room as it wasn't possible to open the windows.

It was once again an absolute pleasure to stay at Feliz Hotel for the second time.

During our first visit in September 2022, we were already impressed, and this experience confirmed that our enthusiasm has not changed. The level of service remains outstanding.

The staff are truly exceptional — attentive, hardworking, motivated, and genuinely friendly. This deserves special recognition. Our room and the entire hotel property were impeccably clean and constantly maintained. We would especially like to thank Raymart for taking such wonderful care of us during our stay, as well as the rest of the team who showed such kindness and attention, particularly toward our niece.

The overall look and feel of the hotel is elegant and welcoming, from the impressive entrance to the beautiful rooftop pool with a dedicated kiddie pool and a stylish hotel bar — creating a refined and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.

Breakfast was well organized and offered a good variety of both hot and cold dishes.

The location is ideal, situated in the heart of Station 2 near D’Mall. It is a lively area, which adds to the vibrant Boracay experience and is worth noting for guests who enjoy being close to everything.

We sincerely thank the entire team at Feliz Hotel. On our next visit to Boracay, we will most certainly return.

Great hotel
Pros:

Nice clean room with a big comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and hot shower. We especially loved the roof terrace - lovely staff, happy hour every evening, karaoke, board and card games and a nice pool. Good variety at breakfast, and staff were really helpful if you were ever waiting for a particularly dish to be replenished. It was only a 3-minute walk from the beach and close to lots of nice restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Not a big issue for us, as there were cable channels with popular films, but the TV isn’t new enough for you to use Netflix or other streaming apps on, our friends were able to cast from their Android phones, but we couldn’t with our iPhones.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, plenty of storage and right in the heart of Boracay. The room was enormous. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. My wife and I are vegetarian and Mico, the head waiter, bent over backwards every morning to make sure we had something to eat.

Cons:

The only negative, which really is a personal preference, is the windows of the room all looked out to the inside of the hotel. This was great for quiet, but wasn't great for privacy if the blinds were open. Also, since you couldn't see the outside of the hotel, once in the room, I could have been anywhere in the world. It didn't feel like the beach was 2 minutes away.

California girl in love with Boracay and insanely in love with Feliz Hotel!

I am from California and everything about the experience at Feliz. Hotel was incredibly amazing from start to finish. In conjunction with the shuttle services and communication between the different companies, the welcoming staff, the beautiful lobby and subsequent room was top notch and an amazing quality for the unbelieveable nightly price. We also enjoyed wonderful shows as well as live music almost nightly and it was two minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Boracay!!. we received amazing in room massage therapy services as well as room service, which was so delicious and well priced.

Cons:

There really isn’t anything that I can say in regards to constructive feedback regarding our Feliz hotel stay.

Комфортные номера. Неплохой завтрак. У бассейна на крыше есть много вариантов настольных игр. Отличное расположение, 2 минуты до пляжа, вокруг много кафе/ресторанов и Budget market.
