Hotel in the heart of Boracay.
Pros:

Location is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of D Mall also a minute’s walk to the beachfront. The cleanliness and room decor particularly the bathroom was excellent. Staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The roof view with bar and swimming pools were truly phenomenal. Entertainment such as the fire dancing.

Cons:

Only one functioning elevator. Internal soundproofing not great. WiFi speed.

Hotel Feliz is a beautiful hotel and restaurant in Station 2, Boracay. A lovely sanctuary!
Pros:

Wonderful staff, super comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfast. We loved the location just back from the beach.

Cons:

We had a fabulous stay. The only things we'd like to mention are: the broken toilet seat that was extremely loud each time someone sat on it, the freezing AC that the housekeeping would put on, the missed confirmation of our sunset cruise (no email or name of provider sent) leading to us being scammed by a tour company on the beach, no beach loungers available for us as Feliz was just back from the beach.

We had an enjoyable and pleasant time and will choose this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel and room has a beautiful Spanish inspired theme and decors. The room was very spacious including the bathroom. The staff were all attentive and warm. The location is great it being in the middle of shopping and restaurants. And the beach within a nearby walk. The buffet also has very good options.

Pros:

Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле и в следующий приезд на Боракай остановимся здесь же.
Все на высоте - и персонал, и дизайн, и постельное белье, постельные принадлежности, качественная уборка, косметические средства, завтраки, расположение отеля для нас идеальное, в ресторане по вечерам приятная музыка, все вкусно.

Wir waren wohl in einem der besten Hotels in Boracay!
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels und das herausragend freundliche Personal. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und am Abend für die Nacht vorbereitet. Die eine oder andere Überraschung wurde vom Zimmerservice für uns vorbereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!🤗

A charming, centrally located stay with warm, attentive service that truly stands out.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of D’Mall, making it incredibly convenient. The Spanish-inspired architecture adds a distinctive and charming touch to the overall ambience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. While the breakfast could be improved, the attentive service more than made up for any shortcomings. The Duty Manager for F&B was especially proactive and helpful.

Cons:

We unfortunately did not have a room with a balcony so that there was no way of getting fresh air in the room as it wasn't possible to open the windows.

It was once again an absolute pleasure to stay at Feliz Hotel for the second time.

During our first visit in September 2022, we were already impressed, and this experience confirmed that our enthusiasm has not changed. The level of service remains outstanding.

The staff are truly exceptional — attentive, hardworking, motivated, and genuinely friendly. This deserves special recognition. Our room and the entire hotel property were impeccably clean and constantly maintained. We would especially like to thank Raymart for taking such wonderful care of us during our stay, as well as the rest of the team who showed such kindness and attention, particularly toward our niece.

The overall look and feel of the hotel is elegant and welcoming, from the impressive entrance to the beautiful rooftop pool with a dedicated kiddie pool and a stylish hotel bar — creating a refined and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property.

Breakfast was well organized and offered a good variety of both hot and cold dishes.

The location is ideal, situated in the heart of Station 2 near D’Mall. It is a lively area, which adds to the vibrant Boracay experience and is worth noting for guests who enjoy being close to everything.

We sincerely thank the entire team at Feliz Hotel. On our next visit to Boracay, we will most certainly return.
