Locatie, personeel en fijne kamers

Cons:

Er was geen trap die ik kon gebruiken zonder iemand van het personeel erbij te hebben. Ook geen uitzicht vanaf kamers helaas.

Cons:

The hotel was misleading. The photos on Booking.com showed a Dyson hair dryer, but the actual hair dryer was not Dyson. This gave me the impression that the hotel would be clean and well maintained, which is why I chose it. The breakfast photos also looked fresh and nicely presented, but in reality it was just a boxed meal. The hotel looked old and not very clean, and overall it did not match the photos online.

Stayed 3 nights at Agora Tokyo Ginza. Overall 8.5/10.

Location is excellent — walking distance to Ginza, close to Hibiya Line station, with FamilyMart and Lawson nearby. Very convenient. They also provide free amenities (tea, coffee, light snacks) in the lobby lounge, which is a nice touch. Luggage delivery service to other cities is available. Reception staff were very helpful, especially one gentleman from Egypt who went above and beyond.

Room size is quite small — with three large suitcases it felt tight. Soundproofing could be better as noise from the next room was noticeable.

Great location and service, but expect compact rooms.

Unlikely to return to the hotel for future visits.

Cons:

The layout of the room and perfunctory staff. Every morning one is greeted by cleaning trolleys in the already narrow corridors. The inability to adjust room temperature, which resulted in room being hot and stuffy. No way to let air in.
