Posizione ottima e centrale, ideale per esplorare e godersi la città di Osaka. La struttura offre il self-check-in, il che garantisce grande comodità e flessibilità con gli orari di arrivo. È una soluzione perfetta per passare una o due notti in città: la pulizia è adeguata e in camera è presente tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.
Location was close to everything
Staff were good at responding when needed.
Very disappointed with our stay at Wonz Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the room was not properly cleaned and we were also given the wrong room initially. We specifically booked and paid for a double room with a city view, however the room we received looked nothing like the photos advertised online and did not have the city view we paid for. The photos on the listing are extremely misleading and appear to show a completely different room. The room we were actually given was so small we could barely even fit a suitcase comfortably.
When we raised this issue with the hotel, they blamed the booking platform, while the booking platform blamed the hotel, leaving us stuck in the middle with no proper solution or accountability.
During our entire stay, our room was never cleaned once, despite speaking to reception about it. We were advised that housekeeping only cleans rooms from the 4th day onwards, however even after the 4th day, our room was still never cleaned, bed sheets were never changed, and no fresh towels or servicing were provided. We were instead told we could just go downstairs and collect our own towels. We also had the cleaning sign on our door daily and were out of the room from around 9–9:30am until approximately 8pm, so there was more than enough time for the room to be serviced.
There was also rubbish left sitting in the corridor for a long period of time. To be fair, once this was reported, it was eventually removed.
Reception staff were easy enough to speak to, however none of the issues were actually resolved.
Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and false advertising made this a very disappointing experience and not what we expected at all.
ゴールデンウィーク中でありながらリーズナブルなお値段で宿泊出来たこと、清掃も行き届いており快適に過ごせました。また、繁華街に近く食事等便利でした。
チェクイン時のやり方がよくわからなかったのですが、すばやく対応していただき助かりました。
気になった点といえば、テレビの地デジが見れなかった事くらいです。BSチャンネルは見ることが出来たので、テレビは壊れていなかったようです。

Hade hellre velat ha ett kort att blippa in sig på hotellet och till rummet. istället fick man en lång kod!
La struttura mi è piaciuta molto, il check-in è automatico ma molto intuitivo e facile e la stanza si apre tramite codice, il quale ti verrà inviato al momento del check-in.
L’alloggio era carino e completo di tutto inoltre, al piano terra erano disponibili sempre 24 ore su 24 ricambi di asciugamani e tappetini da bagno. All’interno ci erano stati forniti spazzolini rasoi e un phon per asciugare i capelli insieme a due bottiglie di acqua naturale e un servito da tè con le bustine per poterlo fare. Non è perfettamente in centro, ma si può raggiungere tranquillamente con una camminata di 8 minuti più o meno.

・ゲート認証が反応されなかったため、インターホン押しても誰もいない
・部屋に入室後、ルームキーも持って出る→再度入ろうとしてもルームキーでは入らない
・クローゼットに前回？人のゴミが置きっぱなし
・風呂の水温をHしてもぬるま湯程度の温度(30分経っても変わらない)
