とりあえず寝れたこと

Cons:

ランプが切れたままでスイッチもこわれたみで暗かった　テレビリモコンの電池切れで見れなかった　お湯が出ず入浴出来なかった　バスタブに髪の毛なんかが残っていて不潔！等など悪い所だらけ　ワンズホテル2度と選択しません　日本人のグレートでは0点です

Pros:

セキュリティ面はよかった。
タオルなども好きなだけ使えたのでよかった

Cons:

全体的に掃除ができていない。
ベッドの下ゴミいっぱい、照明のカバーがホコリまみれ
照明の電球も切れかけなのかチカチカしていた。
お風呂もシャワーのお湯が全然出ない。

次回からこのホテル利用しない。
Cons:

チェックインする時予約見つからない画面出てきて
電話番号に問い合わせしたら3回ぐらいかけたら電話出て。
その後1時間ぐらい待たされた
ラインで問い合わせしてもなかなか返事しないとても悪い表現現れた。

1000円でも泊まる価値ない最低な対応
Pros:

道頓堀まで徒歩圏内というところ以外良い点はない

Cons:

ホテルスタッフが全くの無人で、機器的トラブルや困り事があっても全く対応してくれない
・宿泊中の不備
　シャワーからお湯が出ない→おそらくタンク式なので他で使用量が多いと夜は水しか出ない
　シャワーの調節バルブが破損しており、どちらに回したら良いのかわからない
　シャワーヘッドが多種類あるシャワールームで天井固定、側面複数、ハンドシャワーの3種類のどこから水が出てくるか予測不可能のため、一度はずぶ濡れになる
　水圧が異常に低くシャンプーを流すのに10分以上かかる
　設置してあるコップがとにかく汚い
　備え付け備品として記載のあるドライヤーがない→メッセージでドライヤーがないことを伝えたが、よく探してくださいとの返信があり、そもそも対応する気がないし事前の備品確認をしていない
　チェックインの際の宿泊者名簿をオンラインで登録するが、全員の身分証明書を画像でアップロードしなければならず、子供など身分証明書のない、または旅行に持参していない人は一生チェックインできない
・セキュリティ的に不安なところ
　予約が完了するとホテルの入り口キーのパスワードが送られてくるが、夜中でも施錠されず、結局チェックアウトの時間まで施錠されなかった
　預けた荷物が外部の人がフリーで入れる場所に置きっぱなしで誰も従業員は管理していない(入り口の施錠なく誰でも入れる状態)

上記シャワーやドライヤーでの設備不備についてbookingのメッセージ、電話、LINEで問い合わせをしたが、返信があったのはチェックアウトの時間だった

Good
Pros:

The property online receptionist are very kind and help within a minutes, they even upgraded my room for free! When we found out the room is not clean as pleasant, they will arrange for room cleaning rapidly.

Cons:

The room password given was wrong at the first but the receptionist help us to solve the problem within 20mins

この値段で泊まるにはありえなかったです
Pros:

アクセスが良い

Cons:

・チェックインのカードキーのボックス暗証番号しか送られてこずホテル内に入れない
・禁煙部屋なのにタバコ臭すぎる部屋
・鏡前の電気がスイッチが壊れていて付けられない
・時計が狂ってて辺な時間にアラームが鳴る

Aucun rideau ni store, préparez-vous à être réveillé à 5h du matin par la lumière du jour. J’ai contacté l’hôtel ils m’ont dit d’acheter un cache eux et de contacter Booking car eux ne pouvaient rien faire qu’on voit dans les photos qu’il n’y a pas de stores (comme si on avait la possibilité de voir à travers les murs pour le savoir). J’attend aujourd’hui toujours un retour de Booking.

比較的綺麗なところとアメニティは充実している

Cons:

チェックインのパスコード入れたりがかなり面倒。
あと繁華街にあるのでかなり周辺環境は悪い。
出かけるには便利。
近くに何でもある。

とても、残念。
Pros:

お部屋、トイレ、お風呂場が、清潔だった

Cons:

テレビのリモコンが、電池切れしていた為、連絡しようと思ったが、お部屋に電話か゚なかったので連絡出来なかった。又、賞味期限切れに近い水。屋外から聴こえる雑音、話し声(防音対策は❓)安眠妨害され翌朝は、睡眠不足でした。
