Recommended, aware of lots of steps to pool
Pros:

The staff, breakfast, the gym location

Cons:

As a wheelchair user
We couldn’t use the pool
And there was a step to get into the room but apart from that, we have stayed here a couple of times really like the location close to the BTS

Always a pleasant stay plus the bonus of amazing breakfast
Pros:

I kept forgetting there is the loud side of the hotel. Please request the quiet side if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, exceptional customer service and staffing. Some remembered me from the last few times I had stayed over the several years.

Cons:

Like I said, the “loud side” is not my cup of tea.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The beds are horrible, moved 3 times to different rooms but the beds were all the same. You can feel the metal springs in your body and wake up with pain even though i have requested multiple blankets to put on top of the matrass i still felt pain when waking up and couldn’t sleep for 3 days. Also the hygiene in the bathroom was very bad with toothpaste on the toilet and red lipstick on the bedding.

Chambre agréable espace piscine top et Petit déjeuner de belle qualité. Personnel très professionnel. Situation proche du BTS 3 minutes à pied....

La chambre sentait le renfermé c'est dommage.

Razoável
Pros:

A piscina e a sandes de galinha.

Cons:

O quarto era escurissimo, a varanda minúscula que só permitia uma pessoa e ficamos num segundo andar que dava para a parede de um prédio de construção embargada. Uma vista sufocante, nem se via o sol.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Staff was overly eager to clean the room despite the do not disturb sign. My friend is facing a fine for causing menstrual stains in the bedsheets. The room was extremely noisy due to the street, so wearing the provided earplugs is essentially required; rooms on the side facing away from the street might be quiter.
