Pros:

Trivelig hotell med veldig kjekke folk, gratis shuttle til BTS stasjonen på On Nut. God frokost. Det var en stor kiosk rett ved hotellet.

Cons:

Vi var uheldig og få rom ut mot vei og BTS, så det var veldig mye støy hele natten. Hotellet la ørepropper på nattbordet, så dette er nok en problem for andre også. Prøvde å skifte rom, men det var ingen ting ledig.

Beautifully clean, skytrain next to it, makes it easy to get around. Real bangkok, not lots of tourists. Will most definitely be back staff amazing

Pros:

Really appreciated was the hotel’s shuttle bus service. Even though the hotel is a little far from BTS On Nut, the shuttle makes it very convenient. If you prefer to walk, it takes about 10–15 minutes.

Cons:

The room was not clean. There were a lot of cobwebs, and I also found many hairs on the floor. The hotel is next to the main road and the BTS, so it was very noisy. It is not a good choice for guests who have trouble sleeping. The breakfast was okay. Some of the reception staff were friendly ( Night shift even he a bit confused and a woman seem like manager ), but some did not seem friendly to the customers and made you feel uncomfortable during stay. I informed for my reservations many times but like staff they not inform to the team.

Trying to be good, could be better
Pros:

The shower room was nice. The bed was comfy. This time the room was quieter too.

Cons:

The TV randomly turned on and played tennis channels, which I had to unplug, and notified the staff about.
The light above the bed was flashing for one minute before turning on, I also notified the staff about this.
No flexibility on cancellation for which they have 3 days notice.
No compensation on annoyances mentioned with TV and lights.
