Friendly staff, excellent location with beautiful views and great breakfast.
i can't fault anything.
Very comfy room, great views and good location in the old town. Absolutely brilliant hot and cold breakfast options, tea/coffee facilities in the room and good TV.
The room was very hot even with the windows open.
The views were outstanding. Room was spacious.
Overall a bit dated. Breakfast was ok.
The location and staff were excellent.
It is rather drab and dated. The breakfast wasn’t very nice, don’t pay extra for this. There are plenty of cafes around which are much better.
Comfortabke, clean and perfect location. Excellent breakfast too.
Very good location in the historic centre, friendly reception staff, nice comfy seating in public lounge. Room was clean with comfortable bed and plush feather pillows. There was a bottle of water, kettle, tea & coffee.
The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo and lotion in dispensers. Full English Breakfast was included and quite good.
During the day we needed to park and pay in a public car park, but overnight we could park for free outside the hotel.
Room was small, basic and tired looking. The TV didn't work. The bathroom was very small with no room to put our toiletries. The shower only provided a sprinkling of water. I don't recommend washing long hair in the shower, it would take ages to rinse out.
Overall good value given the location, but you get what you pay for.
The breakfast and location were first class
No car park, but market car park at £3.00 for 24 hours was OK. However , car park at bottom of hill and hotel at top other side of town.
Good position, basic but clean and excellent breakfast
Nothing
The hotel is in an excellent location with superb views and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Rye is an expensive destination and this is a cheaper end place to stay, some of the decor felt a bit tired but it still had lots of charm.
Nettes Familienzimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schöne Lage, niedliches Dorf und tolles Frühstück
