Your location meets with all of our needs. We will be back again.
Pros:

Breakfast met our expectations
The supporting staff were very good, they looked after all of the quests superbly

Cons:

Timing of room service was somewhat off Yes we slept in, however when we had left the tag to "go ahead" , only once was it completed
At the front desk, we secured additional shampoo & coffee. Along with tea bags from the kitchen.
Our bed was a double, my mistake. I assumed that it would be a queen size.
On our next visit, It will be a queen.
By the way, I mentioned to the front desk to assign the custodian to secure the toilet bowl to the floor

Parfait je recommande l’endroit
Pros:

Petit déjeuner parfait personnel. Accueillant parking disponible salle de sport Très appréciée idéalement situé au centre de Montréal je recommande chaudement et je reviendrais

Cons:

Juste signaler l’entrée du parking souterrain et agrandir la salle de sport

Pros:

Les avantages d'un appartement et d un hôtel combiné. Autonomie complète grâce aux équipements de cuisine et vaisselle. Grand espace idéal pour les jeux des petits. Petit.dejeuner copieux et varié. Emplacement idéal, proche du vieux port et vieux Montréal

Cons:

Pas de possibilité de réserver une place de parking. Attention hauteur basse (1.60m)

The staff at this hotel are very rude and need some training in public relations. They seem to have a lot of difficulty
Pros:

I like that the property is downtown.

Cons:

This property needs upgrading. My room had a blocked bathroom sink and the blow dryer didn’t function.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed.
Pros:

The breakfast was great! Our grandkids enjoyed the setup andc they can get their own food with ease and good choices. Appreciated the fresh fruits.

Absolument tout! Sauf peut être l'isolation, mais sinon tout était parfait

Cons:

Nous entendons les tuyaux d'eau lorsque le voisin prend une douche, l'isolation des chambres quand les gens sont dans le corridors est moyenne

best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in!
Pros:

Great location. Nice sized room with good kitchen facilities. Clean, renovated bathroom. Excellent staff. Nice little gym. Everything I needed for a one week stay, and could have easily stayed here for a month. Close to everything in the center of town, as well as to a grocery store, restaurants, McGill, museums, shopping, etc.

Cons:

Nothing. It's perfect.
