Cons:

Everything was good except that the property cybersecurity was compromised, and I received a message from a scammer through the hotel’s messaging in Booking.com where I had transferred money due to a fraud. But I was lucky that upon countless follow-ups, I had received the refund as travel credit by Booking.com

Pros:

It was just what I needed for my short stay, it looked exactly like the photos online, it was clean and most importantly I felt safe as a solo traveller. The staff were great and they were accommodating of my needs upon arrival. Very grateful!

Cons:

No issues at all. I saw complaints that they don’t clean your room everyday but I was fine with this since I was there for just a few nights and they clearly state this too!

Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner. Chambre silencieuse, très agréable, salle de bains très fonctionnelle et bien chauffée. Tres bon emplacement à 2 pas du centre. Accueil très chaleureux.

Cons:

Le matelas du lit pourrait être un peu plus ferme.

Disappointing
Pros:

Well located

Cons:

The rooms had not been maintained - artwork ripped, poor cleanliness regime. Raised our concerns but these were not addressed during our after our stay. I’ve emailed three times and my complaint has been ignored. Very poor customer service!
