Pros:

We stayed at an IHG hotel in Istanbul, Turkey, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience.
The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Istanbul and visit its main attractions. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
The rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds that allowed us to rest well after long days of sightseeing. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything neat and tidy.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any requests and provide useful recommendations.
Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to suit different tastes.

Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a reliable and comfortable choice for both families and couples.

Hotel aussen Modern und Zimmer uralt

Die Lage ist Top... und die die Rooftop- Lounge ist sehr einladet mit einer Topsicht auf den Bosporus. Hotel an sich ist schön. Nur die Zimmer nicht !

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind extrem alt und riechen nach vermodert und alt. Die Dusche fällt fast auseinander. Als ich den Wasserhahn aufdrehte kam erstmal ne braune Brühe aus dem Wasserhahn. Minibar ist mit einem Sicherheitsschloss befestigt sehr unprofessionell. Alles in dem Zimmer fliegt fast auseinander weil es einfach zu alt ist. Ob sie den Fön in die Hand nehmen oder Duschkopf versuchen zu drehen.

Excellent hotel, got the best price at Booking.com
Pros:

Rooms are spacious and the location is good. Its very close to M2 Metro line and good bus routes. The staff is super helpful. The beds are big and I am not sure how they prepare the beds but it was one of the most comfortable bed I have slept in. We requested for a cot for our baby and they actually gave a pretty big cot. Would highly recommend.

Pros:

Locația, recepția, restaurantul și barul de la ultimul etaj și mini-barul. Personalul foarte atent și dispus să te ajute întotdeauna, chiar dacă nu a fost la un nivel profesional ridicat și competent pentru un hotel de 5*. Recepția modernă și renovată.

Cons:

Camerele au mobilier vechi, uzat și fldefect. Băile sunt departe de cerințele unui hotel de 5*. Dotările lipsă sau vechi și stricate. Fără un aparat de cafea, fierbător antic , cafea ieftină la plic, uscător de păr antic, fier de călcat defect. Salteaua de la pat de calitate îndoielnică. Am vrut să mergem la Spa dar prețul serviciilor exagerate. Prețul unui masaj de calitate este cel mai scump pe care l-am întâlnit la un hotel din Europa.
