Уютный отель с прекрасным месторасположением:)
Pros:

Приятный и дружелюбный персонал, особенно хочу выделить администратора Уфука. Все сложности, которые были перед заселением, нам помог решить. Завтраки вкусные, выбор большой. Номер уютный. Было все, чтобы комфортно провести время. Местоположение тоже порадовало, все рядом и близко.

Great location, but disappointing hotel experience.
Pros:

The location was excellent! Plenty of restaurants, shops, a tram stop and a train station were all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore Istanbul. The young gentleman working the night shift at reception was also extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he definitely deserves recognition for his great service.

Cons:

Our experience was disappointing from the very first day. The room we had booked and paid for was apparently already occupied by someone else. Instead, we were given a completely different room that did not match the photos or description on Booking.com. It had no balcony, despite us specifically paying for one, and was located right next to approximately eight constantly running air-conditioning units!

Only after complaining were we moved to a slightly larger room with a balcony. However, the supposedly “king-size” bed was still surprisingly small, feeling even smaller than two single beds pushed together.

Another unpleasant experience was a tall gentleman at reception who repeatedly tried to sell us boat tours, excursions and event tickets. His constant offers became rather annoying.

Breakfast was another major disappointment. The bread was extremely hard, stale and almost impossible to eat. The orange juice tasted like heavily diluted orange-flavoured water rather than actual juice. The machine offering 100% orange juice was out of order, leaving us with no decent orange juice option.

Overall, the hotel did not deliver what was advertised or what we paid for. Had we not complained, we would have been left in a completely different and inferior room. Guests should receive exactly what they book without having to argue for it!

Esperienza pessima: "Economy" non significa invivibile!

Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera denominata "Economy" (nr. 607), ma la gestione confonde il risparmio con il totale disagio. Il letto era talmente molle da rendere impossibile il riposo. Come se non bastasse, all'esterno passava il condotto dell'aria condizionata che generava un rumore continuo e insopportabile per tutta la notte, a cui si sommava il frigorifero in camera, talmente rumoroso che abbiamo dovuto staccare la spina per terra.
Quando abbiamo esposto questi problemi alla reception, la risposta è stata inaccettabile: ci è stato detto che i disagi erano dovuti al fatto che la stanza fosse una "economy". Davanti alle nostre proteste, la "soluzione" dello staff è stata proporci un cambio camera offensivo: una stanza ancora più angusta, piccolissima, completamente priva di finestre e maleodorante, che abbiamo ovviamente rifiutato. Mancanza totale di professionalità e rispetto per il cliente. Non ci torneremo mai più.

Central place with good breakfast and facilities

The location cannot be better if you want to visit historical places in Istanbul. The breakfast was very good, and on the last day we asked for a packed breakfast, and we received it on time. I loved the rooftop terrace and the small swimming pool. Also, the SPA and the Turkish bath are super.

Cons:

Even though I had booked a triple room, we were given a double room with an extra bed, making the room very cramped. There was no bedding or towel for the third person, and no toilet paper had been placed in the bathroom either. I had booked a double room with a balcony for the other part of the family, but there was no balcony—only a French window.

When I arrived I was told there was no room available and I would be placed in a sister hotel. After walking to three different hotels with the hotel porter I was placed into a dirty, disgusting and room 2 metres by 4 metres with a filthy bathroom (electric wires coming out of the ceiling, broken toilet, dirty).Room smelt of smoke and extremely noisey.I complained to staff this was not acceptable and was told there was nothing they could do and get on to booking.com. What I paid was double the price and half the standard of what I was booked. I wasn't even offered a complimentary beverage or meal. Terrible experience.

Não foram capazes de nos colocar num quarto com cama de casal, apesar do meu pedido expresso, tanto no momento da reserva como no local. O ginásio, a piscina, a sauna e banho turco estão em mau estado.

Местоположението на хотела Благодарности на русата дама на рецепция, която ни настани по-рано, тъй като пътувахме цяла нощ и пристигнахме рано сутринта изморени.Тя ни покани на закуската и ни настани в 10ч. Закуската е много хубава.Гледката от покрива, където е басейна, е прекрасна!

Стаята е по-малка от снимките и не е 18 кв ,както е описано, има някои проблеми като постоянно запушване на мивката в банята.
