Das Personal, die Anlage mit den vielen Terrassen im Grünen und dem Pool
Als wir einen Arzt brauchten, wurde uns sofort geholfen. Rezeption, Shuttleservice, Bar waren super!

Cons:

Dass die Wege rund um den Pool und den Appartements leider nicht's für meinen Partner mit Rollator waren, ausgewaschen, holprigen Tuffsteine machten jeden Weg zum Hindernislauf und Sturzfalle

Erholsamer Urlaub in Bella Italia
Pros:

Das Appartement war sehr schön und gut Eingerichtet. Am Abend war es sehr ruhig und man konnte wirklich sehr gut schlafen.Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das Bad, es war groß genug, es hat alles super funktioniert und es hatte ein Fenster!!
Nachdem wir am ersten Abend im Hotel gegessen haben und das Essen ganz hervorragend war, haben wir jeden Abend im Hotel gespeist.
Obwohl die Saison dem Ende zu ging war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Nachdem das Wetter nicht so gut war haben wir auch die Sauna und den Fitnessbereich genutzt.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher in der Küche wäre fein.
Sofa im Wohnzimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Unser Lieblingshotel
Pros:

Wir waren zum vierten Mal dort.
- 2x Hotelzimmer
- 2x Ferienwohnung
Es ist jedes Mal eine Freunde dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Unsere Wünsche bei der Buchung wurden zu 100% berücksichtigt.
Das Highlight ist die Poolanlage und Anordnung der gesamten Anlage. 
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 
Freue mich schon auf den 5ten Besuch.

Es gibt keine Kritikpunkte.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Uns gefällt die gesamte Anlage ( auch die ruhige Lage etwas abseits) mit dem tollen Pool, die großzügigen Appartements und das gute Abendessen sowie die Freundlichkeit der Receptionschefin Andrea und des Barchefs sowie der beiden Hausmeister!

Cons:

Nicht in Ordnung ist die Tischbelegungen im Speisesaal. Früher waren Gäste ohne und mit Kindern getrennt platziert, was für beide Seiten besser war.
Die gute Qualität des Abendessens wird dadurch geschmälert, dass die Pastaauswahl zwar gut war, aber meistens kalt auf den Teller kam.

Pros:

struttura tenuta bene. giardini ben curati. Molto apprezzate le varie piscine, compresa quella riscaldata.
Personale gentile. Pulizia sufficiente.

Cons:

Servizi estremamente carenti:
- decisamente negativa la cucina. Cibo di scarsa qualità, cena solo a buffet. Poca cura per chi ha intolleranze. Colazione PESSIMA.
Scarsa pulizia.
Dopo poche colazioni, abbiamo iniziato a farla altrove. Dopo pochi giorni, abbiamo chiesto di togliere la mezza pensione.

- ANIMAZIONE SCARSA. 2 ore al mattino, 2 al pomeriggio, 30 minuti alla sera di babydance (20.45 terminava tutto). Animatrici per i bambini poco preparate.

Altra nota:
se piove, difficoltà a raggiungere la macchina, purtroppo non c'è un collegamento al chiuso
