It was not to loud it was nice view

Cons:

There was no trash can to throw trash away no table to put your food no minni frig no little sofa to sit. Bad customer service

Excelente estancia. El servicio fue muy bueno, la habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y en excelentes condiciones. Aunque hubo lluvia, cuando paró nos encendieron la fogata y la leña fue cortesía del hotel, además de una botella de vino. Detalles que hacen la diferencia y te hacen sentir muy bien atendido. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería.

Volveria a quedarme en Hotel Otero sin dudarlo
Pros:

La atención desde antes de llegar fué excepcional, responden muy rapido y muy amable todas las preguntas, nos esperaron para hacer el check-in. El hotel está lindisimo! Nos prendian fogata en la noche, está muy comodo para ir en pareja o en grupo y la ubicación es EXCELENTE!

Cons:

Solo agregaria alguna credenza abajo de la tele para poder poner cosas y un toallero en el baño para secarse las manos.

Modern and comfortable stay, perfectly located.
Pros:

Easy and quick check-in. Property was very clean, quiet and beautifully landscaped. Room was clean and modern. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurant for breakfast.

he bed was not comfortable at all, it felt like there was a hole in the middle. We had problems with the shower; when we first arrived, the water wasn’t heating up. We called the reception, and they fixed the problem. In the morning, my fiancé was taking a shower, and the water turned cold in the middle of the shower. Also, it was cold, and there was only one extra blanket. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly
