Did not sleep. Very Hot bed was nasty

Was one of the worst, most expensive places I’ve ever stayed and would never ever stay there again.
Pros:

Not really anything at all. Pictures are very very deceiving. This place is a dump.

Cons:

Pictures are deceiving. It is a very outdated property. Beds were extremely hard and i truly didn’t even want to walk barefoot in the room. There were about 10 buses of kids, and it was rowdy even late into the night past 11 pm.

Overall it was a very nice stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the amenities were fantastic, so many things to do with my family. A lot of fun

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was how humid the halls were with the swimming pool. Need some air in the hallways to push it out, as it was not comfortable sitting on any of the couches to just talk

Great amenities and location
Pros:

The amenities were a lot of fun for my kids. We enjoyed having so many things to do at the hotel

Cons:

The fan in the room was really noisy. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was the exact same every day. A little variety would be nice

if it was $30 a night I wouldn't stay here again
Pros:

location was good

Cons:

room was old and dated and unclean. Breakfast was not good. My wife refused to stay the 2nd night. They would not refund the 2nd night. I took the loss and never looked back. I should have read more reviews on google maps. The owners have not addressed any of the complaints from years ago.

Well, our door didn’t close all the way it was very loud. The room was not clean. There was bloody towels and stained pillow pillowcases.

Very comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

I was only there for one night after a hiking trip, so I did not use the amenities. It looked like a great place for families as there were numerous activities on the property.

Cons:

An external door did not lock. The carpets were a little tired.

Завтрак и номер были на уровне. Главным плюсом отеля для нашей семьи оказались множество вариантов вечернего досуга: бассейн, гольф, спорт площадки, бильярд и т.д. Ребенок был в восторге. Расположение от парка Zion тоже показалось вполне удобным. Персонал на reception был очень вежливым и приветливым.

Cons:

Сантехника в нашем номере была старая, непривлекательного вида и сам туалет/душ был неудобный, очень громкая оглушающая вытяжка.

Just to many issues

This was our second try in a hope that things had improved. It has not been improved.
AC was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. Had to turn it off to sleep.
Security door near laundry says Locked from xx to yy hours for security. That door was open the entire time we were here no matter the time. So much for security!
Jetted Bathtub - We ran our hand along the tub surface. It had LOTS of soap scum / skin on it. No way were we going to use it except as a shower!

Breakfast was weak.
