베네치아 본섬에서 위치와 접근성은 매우 훌륭. 직원들의 친절도는 좋았습니다

Cons:

사진만 보고 예약했다 실망을 했네요
모텔방만도 못한 방 크기와 샤워실 물도 안내려가고
베네치아 본섬의 건물 특성상 노후화 된 걸 감안하더라도
시설이 좋지않아 실망스러웠음..

Très bruyant et mal isolé la vue sur le canal impression d'avoir les vaporettos dans la chambre mobilier rustique mais très basique et simpliste pour moi sa ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles du Carlton max 2

I letti con coperte e copriletti sono poco igienici. Sarebbero molto meglio dei copri piumini con piumino all’interno, di modo che ogni volta il tutto venga lavato ed igienizzato.

La largeur du lit. Les équipements pour un 4 étoiles
La bousculade aurait déjeuner
La soirée du samedi :
1- placé d’office avec d’autres convives
2- payer les boissons à table pendant le repas et un prix inapproprié
3- inciter à aller danser 15 minutes et pendant ce temps on sert les desserts. Au retour ,tout est débarrassé
4- que de l’eau prévue pour un menu pas à la hauteur du prix....une rapine à déconseiller !

Absence d isolation phonique et thermique (simple vitrage). Très bruyant (chambre côté grand canal). Humidité (eau ruisselante sur les vitres) le matin.
Le mobilier était usé et la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement.

La ubicación es excepcional. Frente la estación de tren y muy cerca de los buses y taxis ya que es difícil moverse con valijas dentro de Venecia.

Cons:

Que tuviera en la cama grande solo una almohada muy finita para cada uno. Y que no tuviera en la habitación jarra eléctrica. Los turistas tendemos a estar largas horas fuera y a altas horas de la noche cuando se retorna al hotel a veces deseamos tomar un café o te tranquilos dentro de la habitación.
