Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, a 4 minutos a pie de la mezquita azul.
El hotel está limpio, los colchones muy cómodos, la habitación confortable en cuanto a temperatura y tiene recepción 24/7. El personal es muy atento, nada más llegar nos explicó a la perfección lo que no podíamos perdernos de la ciudad y consejos prácticos.
El desayuno es pequeño pero variado y muy rico, con fruta natural, opciones dulces y saladas, cereales y zumos. Te ofrecen tortilla francesa recién hecha cada mañana, además el café es de máquina automática, así que es bastante bueno.
Su servicio de recogida del aeropuerto es muy bueno, tanto en la recogida como en la vuelta, puntualidad y muy buenos vehículos, éramos 4 y en ambos trayectos nos enviaron una mercedes vito.
Además son muy detallistas, cuando llegamos había una carta personalizada dándonos la bienvenida y para nuestra despedida nos regalaron una caja de té turco

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich. Gutes Frühstück. Man bekommt jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser aufs Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Geruch im Badezimmer war sehr unangenehm.

Relax e confort a Istanbul

Posizione eccellente. Si possono visitare a piedi tutti i principali luoghi di interesse come la Cisterna Basilica, Moschea Blu e Santa Sofia. Colazione ricca e buonissima con squisite omelette fatte al momento. Camere pulita e con tutti i confort. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo Staff veramente eccezionale, gentile e disponibile. Nazli è bravissima e gentile a consigliare cose da fare, posti da visitare e ristoranti. Parla benissimo l’italiano. Siamo stati veramente bene e nel caso dovessimo tornare l’hotel Katelya sarà nuovamente il nostro alloggio per visitare Istanbul.
