I really love staying here and would definitely come back again.
Pros:

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I truly enjoyed my stay once again.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt just right, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant.

Excellent accommodation, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended

Amenities such as Onsen, Breakfast very delicious and large selection adults especially enjoyed, Comfortable well appointed rooms with great amenities, Shuttle Bus to Ski Area, Ski Locker Room, Free wine tasting, free laundry machines.

Cons:

To cater for children Breakfast could include some oats such as porridge or oatmeal, larger bread such as sliced white bread and peanut butter spread.

Stunning.
Pros:

Proximity to the slopes, breast sized rooms, stunning hotel and the breakfasts were superb. Appreciated the drying room too for all of our ski gear.

Pros:

Really nice and spacious rooms with a great public bath. Staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. An amazing breakfast and great amenities throughout. The separate washer and dryer were also great. The hotel also offered a really helpful shuttle service to the station and a good sized ski locker room.

Cons:

The ski locker/boot room could be better organised and set up.

I would stay here again. Excellent location

I loved how close it was to the ski lifts, and close to restaurants

Great rooms but customer service and other property features (eg restaurant/transport) were lacking
Pros:

The rooms are well equipped and excellent space to relax after a day on the slopes skiing. The private bath in the property and location to gondola was also excellent.

Cons:

The staff were not particularly helpful at the front desk. We had enquired about transport and advised that we could arrange collection from the train station, but when we emailed to confirm no one responded to our enquiry and the day of our arrival there was no one to collect us.

The restaurant on the property was also very poor quality and over priced. We ate at the restaurant on our first night and it was the worst meal we had in our 3 week trip to Japan. The menu and kitchen need attention.

このホテルに泊まりたいからまた富良野に来ようと思ったくらい。
Pros:

何もかもが居心地良かった。客室がおしゃれで洗練されててゆったりしてる。客室内のお風呂とトイレが別でさらに洗い場がある。暖房つけてなくてもあたたかい。部屋からの景色が絶景。朝ごはんがめちゃくちゃおいしかった。洗濯機の利用が無料。応対してくださったKさんがとても丁寧で親切で心遣いがあり、有益な情報を折々でくれて、滞在を特別なものにしてくれた。
