It was significantly below my expectations - i tried to contact the managers but no one could help

I chose this hotel because people said it was quiet & calm - it was not.
Complicated - there are no employees on site, and texting or calling doesn't help. You need to access internet, click a bunch of links only to open the room's door.
If your room is close to the main door, you will likely not sleep much - the door shuts so violently that the walls shake !

Pros:

Fußläufig in die Innenstadt. Auch mit Baby und Hund genug Platz.

Als wir kamen, war der Halter für den Duschkopf kaputt, 10 Minuten nach Anruf war schon jemand da und hat ihn repariert.

Absolute nightmare of an accommodation
Pros:

The location of the accommodation suited our needs.

Cons:

Everything else, there was no warm water, the heating broke, the staff suggested me and my colleague sleep in the same room, the snow was not cleaned hence our car got stuck in it and we had to spend more than an hour getting it out. We were locked out of our room, we we're supposed to get another accommodation but were ghosted.

Sehr nett mit dem digitalen Schlüssel. Hat auch problemlos funktioniert.

Cons:

Mein Apartment lag nahe der Eingangstür. So hörte man, wenn diese ins Schloss fiel.

Wygodny hotel w czasie wizyty na SPS
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, czysto, łóżko wygodne. W pokoju aneks kuchenny, lodówka, żelazko, wszystko co potrzebne.

I couldn’t slept because some noise on the construction - some material dilatation during the night made noise and I could find it. Could be the window or the wood floor
