Taksu Sanur Hotel

We booked this hotel for a 2-night relaxing stay and overall had a lovely experience.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality was excellent and they really made us feel comfortable during our stay.

The pool is very nice and the room was comfortable with everything we needed. The hairdryer was good and the room facilities were convenient. Breakfast had a lot of choices, both Asian and Western options. I also ordered an iced latte (35k) which was very good.

One night we ordered room service from the restaurant. I had a burger and my husband had a sandwich, and both were good.

The only small downside was the scooter parking. We arrived by scooter and the parking space is a bit limited, and there was no staff to assist, so it was a little difficult to park while handling a baby and our bags.

I also asked for a late checkout because my baby was napping, and the staff kindly allowed us to check out at 12:45. That small gesture meant a lot to us.

Lovely hotel with lots to do in the walkable area. Shopping dining, beach. The beach is about a 10-15 min walk away. Lost one star because I was told they have an area on the beach with lounge chairs that is reserved for Taksu guests but I walked quite a ways and never found it.
The pool is clean and easy to get a seat. Food is good with a wide selection. My air conditioner was not working properly, I mentioned it to the front desk and it was fixed by the time I got back to my room. I only stayed here for one night because it is near the airport but if you care about the beach, I might recommend to make a different choice

Hotel is well maintained and suite rooms are really huge.

Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Taksu di Sanur con aspettative piuttosto alte, considerando il prezzo pagato, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata pienamente all’altezza.

Le camere erano pulite, aspetto che ho sicuramente apprezzato, ma nel complesso non le ho trovate in linea con il costo del soggiorno. Gli spazi e le finiture risultavano piuttosto semplici rispetto a quanto mi sarei aspettata per quella fascia di prezzo.

Un punto particolarmente deludente è stata la palestra: estremamente piccola, poco attrezzata e non adeguatamente curata. Il pavimento era sporco e non erano disponibili tappetini, al punto che non ho potuto nemmeno fare esercizi a terra come gli addominali. Per una struttura che si propone a un certo livello, credo sia un aspetto da migliorare con urgenza.

Anche il servizio lavanderia non è stato soddisfacente: tempi molto lunghi, costi elevati e nessuna comunicazione quando i capi erano pronti. Ho dovuto informarmi personalmente, e considerando il prezzo del servizio, mi sarei aspettata maggiore efficienza e attenzione al cliente.

Desidero però sottolineare una nota estremamente positiva: i trainee della struttura sono stati tutti molto educati, gentili e disponibili. La loro professionalità e il loro atteggiamento cordiale hanno reso il soggiorno più piacevole.

In sintesi, la pulizia e la cortesia del personale sono aspetti positivi, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo non mi ha soddisfatta. Con alcuni miglioramenti strutturali e organizzativi, l’hotel potrebbe offrire un’esperienza decisamente più coerente con il prezzo richiesto.

Large comfortable rooms and bed.The pool was fantastic with lots of day beds and a bar are which was great for coffee and food.

Zeer comfortabel, heerlijk zwembad en super vriendelijk personeel. Op een goede locatie in Sanur. Heerlijk ontbijt en comfortabele bedden. Top!! Oja, ook de flat whites van de bar zijn enorm aan te bevelen! :-)

Great sense of warmth from staff. Good feel overall. Generous meals. Music nightly for atmosphere. Motorbike noise makes the suites in the back just as noisy, but it dies off at night.

Weve stayed 3 times at Taksu during our holiday in Bali.

The rooms we've stayed in were good size and clean. We've stayed in Taksu suite, Taksu suite with balcony and the junior suite. All three were good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean and comfortable.

The staffs are very welcoming and always have a cheerful smile with greetings.

The breakfast was a buffet breakfast and have enough choices to suit everyone from cereals to hot food and traditional indonesian sweet. Each morning there were different dishes at the hot food station.

There's a place to fill up your bottle water at the breakfast area. They do give you 2 bottles of water each morning.

The pool is a good size pool but the gym is small.

The restaurant served good food for dinner. They had special nights menu and when we stayed over the weekend there were live music, nothing loud.

We will definitely return to Taksu when we are back in Bali.
