Un site exceptionnel : l'établissement est une propriété de caractère, une villa florentine de standing particulièrement bien entretenue. Située sur les hauteurs de la ville, elle est lovée dans un parc et un quartier très résidentiels, pourvue d'un service de navettes qui permettent le trajet vers le centre ville gratuitement. Le personnel est réellement aux petits soins, formé au service , la restauration est fraîche variée et gouteuse. La literie et l'équipement en chambre sont très confortables, seul petit regret l'absence de machine à café. Le SPA et la salle de fitness sont dans la même lignée.

Beautiful Hotel, Unfortunate Service Experience
Pros:

My stay at Villa Cora presented a mixed experience. The most striking positive aspect of the hotel is undoubtedly its appearance. The ambiance is truly phenomenal; the hotel lobby is magnificent, as are all the accommodations. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, living up to the hotel's luxurious image.
A particular highlight was the breakfast experience. The service during breakfast was sensational, and the food was very good, which certainly impressed me in a positive way.

Cons:

However, the experience was slightly marred by the check-in process. The staff member seemed rushed and a bit rude toward my family and me. This was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber, where an impeccable level of service is expected, which unfortunately wasn't delivered on this occasion.
Another minor point of concern is the hotel's location. It is quite a distance from the main points of interest in the city, requiring a walk of approximately 30 minutes to reach them.
Overall, a beautiful hotel with great accommodations, but with some service and location aspects that could be improved.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Amazing hotel in a great location, just a short walk to the centre of Florence. Some of the best hotel staff we have ever come across, from the restaurant to the reception to the pool, the service was immaculate.

The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!

One of the BEST hotels on earth!
Pros:

One of the BEST hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We had just gotten married and were on our honeymoon and when they found they upgraded us from a classic room to a mindblowingly beautiful suite with two bathrooms and a view of the pool. The style, decor, comfort, impeccable service made our honeymoon in Firenze wonderful. This is a WORLD CLASS HOTEL! Special shout out to fabulous Fabio for the rockstar welcome!
